Leaky shower faucet, Mr John Wallace diagnosed problem step wise and saved us the ache of knocking down wall to replace valve as recommended by another company that used a defective cartridge to con for a valve job!

The most recent was this week when he came out and replaced the sump pump for our HOA for the second time after more than 10 years. John had to snake out the 70 ft pipe to the street after installation as there was also a clog. Afterwards, the pump cleared out silt at a volume and force that is more then we have seen before. John's handiwork is neat, efficient, and clean. His price is extremely reasonable. He suggested using roebic foaming root killer next fall to clear out root buildup.
