Maplewood plumbing is without a doubt the best plumbing company we've ever used! We had so many small problems that were piling up all across the house, and when we got a bad clog in our kitchen we finally knew we had to do something. We were nervous about there being so many issues that needed to fixed, but our plumber Courtney was so capable and such a great communicator, and he very quickly made us feel at ease. Many companies would use the opportunity of a house with multiple problems to jack up the charges, or at least rush the job, but Courtney took the time to explain each and every thing he did and what we would be charged for, and that extra care and effort really makes all the difference. He did a wonderful job for a very reasonable price. We really can't recommend Maplewood plumbing enough!

We had a sewer backup over Christmas in our downstairs shower and Maplewood went above and beyond helping us get it working again. Steve was our technician and was one of the most helpful and professional folks we've ever met. We were in terrible situation of having no working plumbing, with company in town, and he didn't stop until things were sorted out. I really can't recommend them enough and would never consider calling anyone else again. Prices are fair and service is top notch.

Maplewood practices a bait and switch operation. They gave me a reasonable price, then changed it when they learned I was running out of time. I needed the work done for a real estate sale. So the price went up and further up. I won't do business with a company like that.

Had a main floor leak that was making into (of all things) a lighting fixture in the basement. Fliiped the breaker and called Maplewood. James showed up and was the model for fast friendly and efficient. Would recommend these folks anytime!

We hired Maplewood Plumbing to repair a pipe underneath the concrete floor in our basement. Prior to their work, our floor was flat, even and was capable of having our washer and dryer sit on the floor without issue. After tearing up our existing concrete floor and repairing the pipe, they attempted to pour a concrete floor; however, the floor they poured was uneven, had large lumps, did not go all the way to edge of where they dug the concrete up, and was no longer capable of having our washer and dryer sit on the floor without being extremely wobbly. After we complained, Maplewood came back out, broke up the portion of the floor they poured, and repoured concrete. Again, the floor they poured is uneven, has lumps, has a large slant to it, and does not go all the way to the edge/is uneven such that the concrete they poured continues to chip away. Our dryer can no longer sit on the floor because of the unevenness. When we complained again, Maplewood informed us repeatedly that they ""are not concrete people"", that they could not do a better job then what they had done so it would be pointless for them to come back out and try again, and that we should just find someone else to do the concrete work. They also told us repeatedly that they usually do houses in St. Louis City where people do not use their basements, so the quality of their concrete work generally does not matter. Unfortunately for us, our house is in the County and this portion of our home is used a lot, as it is our laundry room and storage space. They did not inform of us of either of these facts prior to us signing the contract for them to perform the work. Long story short, I would definitely not recommend Maplewood Plumbing for any work involving concrete, especially if it is an area of your home that you use on a regular basis.

Two visits and more than 400$ for changing a small replacement in my shower. More than a month of waiting to fix something that took 10 minutes of work. I don't recommend this company

I have been a customer of Maplewood's for 3 years now. From day 1 they have been spot on and reliable. The plumbers take time to explain projects and options for each job. The home office is extremely responsive and billing department is fast with detailed invoices of work conpleted. All of this is rare to find these days! Very happy to have found them.

when they came there was another plumbing company inside checking and worked on a bid. so they just left even without calling me. when i called them back they rudely refused to reschedule it and keep saying there was another company so they left. another company came late and that's why two companies met together but at least you should call me or tell me something. but they did no notification and kept silence. i don't understand such situation.
