Such a professional and personal experience! Mr Maples and his team are experts. Very efficient, friendly, and quick! I had a 12 yr old toilet that kept clogging, even after Mr Maples snaked it. Based on his recommendation, the toilet and interior line was replace within 2 days and we haven't had an issue since. Billing was easy & affordable. Would highly recommend Maples Plumbing... I will be using them again to replace the toilet in my 2nd bathroom soon.

I literally would not hire these guys to park my car. They were sent out by our Home Warranty company to replace a failed hot water heater. The first guy gets it installed, and does not put the PVC pipe from catch pan to the floor as is required by code. The solder job on the copper pipe on top was so bad that is start leaking and without that PVC pipe there it just pools on top of the riser with no where to go but in to the wall. So a second guy comes out, he installs the PVC pipe but cannot find the leak, and proceeds to tell me that the HWH is defective. I had to show him the leak on video and point out the bad solder job. This guy goes on to put a blob of solder on top that would make ANY engineer cringe and tells me we are good to go. Fast forward to the city coming out for the permit and they fail us because of this shoddy work. Wife calls the owner hopping mad, the owner says HE will be personally out to fix the problem. Turns out he does not have the stones for that, and literally send the FIRST guy out that screwed it up in the first place. Who, as a business owner would do that? He fixes 2 of 3 of the defects and tries to leave, when I stop him and ask about the 3rd. He has to get on the phone to verify that the INSPECTOR is correct. Honestly, I don't care if the inspector is wrong, they're telling you this needs to be done. We have let the Home Warranty company know, and we are going to do our level best to get them removed from the pool of plumbers so nobody else deals with these clowns. We tried to get another plumber through the warranty company, but since the permit with the city had their name on it we were stuck unless we went through the permit process again. Lets hope 3rd time is a charm.
