This company really impressed me. They were easy to schedule with and I got an appointment quickly. My plumbing issue wasn't an emergency so waiting two days was no problem. I had a constant drip in my bathtub no matter how long after use or that it was tightly shut off. Plumber diagnosed the issue, ran to Home Depot for a part and fixed the leak in under two hours. Price was decent, let's face it plumbers make good money. Plumber was friendly and professional. I can definitely recommend this place.

Our water heater recently stopped working and we were sure we needed to buy a new one since a number of neighbors had recently replaced theirs. We called one company and received a $1700 quote via email. We then called Maples and they said they have to see a job before giving a quote. Mike arrived later that morning exactly when he said he would. We described what was happening and Mike said he thought he knew what the problem was and could likely fix it rather than us having to purchase a new unit. He inspected the water heater and confirmed the problem was what he suspected. He had to order the part, but was able to get it working enough for us to have hot water in the meantime. Four days later, Mike was back to install the new part. He inspected for rust and sediment, as well as any other problems, and confirmed everything was in good shape. Total charge was $340.

Mike is obviously extremely skilled and knowledgeable, but what we find most impressive is his integrity. Beyond that, he is genuinely nice and fun to talk with. When he left, my husband and I commented that we wished he was a friend because he is someone you would love to hang out with. How many service providers can you say that about???

Bottom line is that Maples Plumbing is a company we've found we can trust. This is a small family business that is built upon generations of experience. We have no reservations in highly recommending them.

I tried fixing my leaking kitchen faucet but it was still leaking so I called Maples Plumbing. Darren came out and found I left some rubber behind so it wasn't allowing the faucet to close completely. This is a company I would not hesitate to call again.

Very impressed with this company! Our water heater suddenly stopped working last night, around 8pm, and Maple Plumbing was highly recommended through Home Advisor. We originally scheduled their earliest appointment that wasn't for another 2 days. We got a call maybe 5 minutes or less after booking the appointment to discuss the situation, and whether or not they needed to come immediately. Understanding the severity of the situation, they rescheduled us for an earlier appointment the very next day. Darren came and worked quickly and efficiently installing our new water heater. We are very impressed with the professionalism and flexibility of this business! Would highly recommend Maple Plumbing for any emergency situations!

I called Maples after another plumber (A1 Plumbing, Heating and Air -- reviewed separately) failed miserably. Mike fixed the other plumber's mess quickly and easily, so I asked him if he could fix the problem we had getting hot water to the upstairs shower. Mike installed an after-market hot water recirculating system for us that works great. Mike was pleasant, personable and professional. I definitely recommend this company without any reservations.

My husband called Maples Plumbing this morning to have a loose faucet on our kitchen sink repaired. Mike arrived a couple of hours later. He fixed the loose faucet very quickly. While working under the sink he noticed some very bad plumbing that had been done previously. He showed me what the problem was, and advised me as to what he could do to remedy the situation. He promptly fixed that problem. Mike has many years of plumbing experience, and it is evident in the quality of his work. We are very satisfied with Maples Plumbing, and we will definitely use their services again!

This is how a locally owned service company should operate. Having plumbing problems is never a fun experience and owing a house over 40 years, one expects there to be problems from routine maintenance to something worse.

When we had a drain stoppage I had called my home warranty provider who offered up Maples Plumbing to make a service call to our house. They called within an hour after I made the service request, and asked if they could come by the same day to have a look which they did and got us able to use our sink again. Unbeknownst to them and us, there was a deeper issue that required them to make another service call, to which they did with a smile and eliminated that problem.

Soon another non related problem popped up, again I was pleased when Darren from Maples came out again to help us out that he took a very holistic approach by using his camera to look at our pipes and see if there was anything going on that we couldn't see. Fortunately all was good and we were of course relieved that nothing serious was going on under our house. What impressed me the most and why I'm writing this review is that Darren was in touch with me over the weekend and made us his first service call on a Monday to help remedy this problem, and I know he spent more time than his service fee allotted, and yet he did us a solid by making sure our plumbing was in good shape, which also saved us from not having to check into a hotel.

I'd definitely call them again.

Awesome service. I had a leak in my front yard and after reading all the great reviews on Maples plumbing I decided to give them a call. They came out just a couple hours after my phone call and they were able to diagnose the problem quickly. Turns out it wasn't a plumbing issue, instead it was a drainage issue. They suggested I call a landscaper and there was no charge for the assessment.

This was welcome news to me because I had called another company a couple weeks earlier for the same issue. They came out and said there was a leak from an improper valve. They removed it and charged me $95. Well it appears that was a waste of money and who knows what else they would have charged me for had I called them again.

Maples plumbing has earned my business and will be my go to plumbing service from now on. It was awesome to see the honesty and professionalism from this company.

Called several plumbers in the Lincoln area to help us out when our water heater in our rental home decided to quit. Darren at Maples was the only one who not only came out right away, but was able to get the problem fixed immediately. He did such an amazing job and our tenants were so pleased with his professionalism, that we chose to have him do the plumbing for our remodel at our home in Meadow Vista. Darren got the job done in one day and we will have him back to hook up all the plumbing, once our bathroom and kitchen are done.
I really can't say enough positive things about both Darren and his dad. They are both fantastic to work with. HIGHLY recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!
