Amazing business, with incredible customer service. I was in a panic because my gas line behind my stove had an old valve that needed to be replaced before my new stove could be installed. They were at my house within THE HOUR!!! two other companies quoted me much more money, and couldn't fit me in for earliest 6 weeks. Professional work, reasonable price, and came immediately. Maple Valley Plumbing is going in my file forever.

We thought we had a leaky drainage pipe in our garage ceiling, and needed a quick and reliable fix. Dave at Maple Valley Plumbing was very responsive and reassuring. The tech, Andy, was also fantastic, diagnosed the problem as originating under the sink rather than the lower pipe, and fixed the issue. Thank you!

I'm am disappointed. I called for an estimate on replacing a simple toilet flange. The person on the phone said she would have a plumber call me. I did recieve a text from Dave asking to clarify what I needed then asked for my address. After several days and a follow up text from me no response either by phone or text. I was ghosted. Bad customer service due to lack of communication.

Update, Dave just sent a text apologizing which I really appreciate so I have moved my 1 star to a 4.

Had a problem with the intake pipe from the house to the septic tank. My septic tank pumping company recommended Maple Valley Plumbing. I called and was able to get help right away and they fixed the problem.
I paid and asked for a invoice/receipt for our records I was told they will e-mail it to me. A week later I still did not have the receipt. Called and got no response for a call back from the owner Dave.
I called today (4-12-21) talked with Dave who said they sent it. I told him I didn't get it. He basically then told me too bad and eventually told me to ""Get F**ked""and that I communicate like a f*****G zombie. Ridiculous for him act that way over a piece of paper that I should have been given to me initially!!!! I indicated that I would discuss this with my septic pumping company so that they quit recommending Maple Valley Plumbing and he said that""works for me""

Great best response I am able to correct the problem quickly. They were not cheap and the quote for additional services was very high. I certainly recommend them in an emergency

My hot water tank went out and started leaking and Dave came right out. He gave us a great price. Dave and his guys were very nice. Would definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

It's Labor Day and we were doing a home repair. Of course something goes wrong and we break a pipe. Dave came right over and capped it off so we could at least have water in the rest of the house! He is a lifesaver. So thankful for honest , helpful small businesses like this! Thank you

Sunday afternoon my husband and I were replacing an old kitchen faucet. We were almost finished, connecting the supply lines to the water valves when the cold water PVC pipe broke off. We could not turn on the water for the entire house!

I called my go-to plumbing company and left a message saying it was an emergency. No response then or since. I then called the company with the most positive Yelp reviews. They did respond quickly but the next emergency technician availability was in THREE DAYS!

Since we live in Maple Valley I called Maple Valley Plumbing. Someone actually answered on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Dave asked me to text a picture of the problem and if we could wait until Monday morning, which we could. The next morning they called to say they were on their way and arrived around 7am. What a relief. They were fast and professional for a reasonable price. My new favorite plumber!
