Started to leave my house at 5:30 AM today and discovered my water heater leaking all over my garage. After doing some research, called MV Plumbing and left a message, thinking I'd get a call back at 8 AM or so. Within minutes, Dave called and said ""sorry it took so long to get back to you, I was in the shower."" Long story short, he had two guys out by 8 AM, with a replacement water heater. The old one was removed, new one installed and hot water was on the way by 9:07 AM. Holy cow, talk about turning a negative into a positive. And to top it off the cost of this was very reasonable and the guys were great. I can't say enough positive about my experience with MV Plumbing and Pipeworks. I wish all service experiences were like this.

Our water heater went out on Sunday. I called And Dave, owner of Maple Valley Plumbing and Pipeworks, immediately answered. Within an hour he was there, shortly thereafter his crew arrived. They were very courteous and reasonably priced, and just a few hours later we had hot water again! I couldn't recommend them highly enough, and I know they will be the first company I call whenever we have plumbing needs!

I had a shower that had been leaking for quite awhile. I was finally tired of it and called Maple Valley Plumbing. They were at my house in 30 minutes. The project was bigger then I had expected, but the tech did a great job and kept me posted throughout the process. I will call MV Plumbing the next time I need assistance.

I had water leaking from my upstairs bathroom into my living room (I am in Sammamish), a friend recommended Dave and his team from Maple Valley Plumbing. I texted Dave and he got back to me straight away, and maintained contact throughout the process. One of Dave's team members, Justin, came out the next day ahead of schedule (Dave contacted me beforehand to check if that worked for me). Justin was great, diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly, an explained everything to me. I would highly recommend Maple Valley Plumbing.

Our morning started off horribly with an embarrassing toilet fiasco. My husband called at 7am and MVPP was at our house by 10am. Tucker the tech was very nice and made light of the embarrassing mess. Everything took 15min and he was so professional. I was able to clean everything up before my son got home and no one was the wiser. Thank you MVPP I would recommend your service to anyone.

dave a great owner operator, answered the call and came out as so as he could, got my broken water line fixed in no time, was fair with the price and did an excellent job. Way better to call them and not those crazy TV advertising plumbers that way over charge.

My toilet & sink backed up in my basement. Called MV Plumbing who came out. Justin worked for over 2 hours using a snake & camera to clear out the problem. Discovered part of the septic pipe had collapsed due to tree roots and rocks. The next day Dave, Justin and Tucker came out and replaced the pipe from the house to the septic tank. They cleaned up the yard and even fixed a leaking faucet and bathtub stopper. They were courteous and did a great job plus their price was reasonable. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs!

Had my water heater start leaking on me last night, got ahold of Dave this morning and told him what was going on. Sent him a pic and he was out in about 3 hours. Friendly, quick, I was back and running in no time, would recommend.

Unresponsive and unreliable. The owner Dave returned my call, we discussed the project, and he asked me to text him with my contact info as a reminder, so he could come over and do the project the next day. I texted him every day to remind him and ask if he was coming that day, and he told me each day to check back tomorrow. Finally a week later he's now stopped returning my texts. Terrible way to run a business.

Early yesterday morning I received a call from my elderly Dad, very stressed that his hot water heater was pouring water out of the top. I was very thankful to Dave and his team for saving the day! I made a call to Dave, the owner of Maple Valley Plumbing. He was very helpful and quick to have his team of guys out to my Dad's house within a couple of hours. They were clean, courteous, quick and friendly. Dave's price was very fair and you could tell from talking to Dave and his guys how important customer service is to them. I highly recommend Maple Valley Plumbing for any plumbing needs.
