I previously called in for a water heater job in my house and was put on hold. I waited awhile but needed service so I didn't mind. I was told I was going to be set up with someone and the rude girl working there took down my info and I waited for a call. A day or two goes by and a guy calls me asking about the job and he ALSO was very rude and incapable of having a conversation. I asked if he was with the company and he said sort of???? It was very weird, I called the office again the next day and Nicki once again tried avoiding my call. Wasn't sure what was so hard about creating an appointment and having someone come out, I've heard great things about Maple Leaf but the gal at the front desk must be new. I went somewhere else.

Don't understand the non-5star reviews. We have been using these guys for years and have always had a good experience. Recently had a problem on a Saturday where the air conditioner stopped working and it was 95 degrees outside - they got there fast and fixed the problem. Ask for Gerardo ""Jerry"" - he couldn't have been nicer, a perfect repair experience - and that is rare.

This was one the very best experiences I've had with a plumbing company. They were prompt and extremely courteous even though it was early on December 26th! They quickly cleared the obstruction in the sewage pipe. And charged a reasonable amount for the job. If you need a plumber I can assure you these are the guys you want to call.

So I choose Maple leaf as they are close to one of my locations , the reason I call them was to take care of split system set up ( it was previously installed by electrician) so the technician from maple leaf (the best they have she said , go figure) I need at least 4 hours to to do the job or more so you are looking at $700,00 ( I know turtle speed to get more bucks) so I agreed to the amount but they they said we only have time until April almost 3 weeks from now !horrible company !! When I used them at another location they damaged the drywall texture and I let it pass good thing I have that on video that I will be posting as they just not what they claim to be and community needs to be aware of this company

I called this company and the serviceman said he could fix my unit $844. I ask if it would be worth fixing the service told me it would be. The next month it went out I called again they came and told me I needed a new unit, There price for a new unit was $2000. more than other company it the valley. The sent me a bill for come out and telling me I need a new unit They also said their service man like to repair and not tell people that they need a new unit' so I am out $925. and still have to buy a new unit I would never call this company again, nor would I recommend them to anyone

We had a toilet leak, which apparently had gone undetected for quite awhile. I called on a Saturday, during the 4th of July weekend. I assumed that I would get hit with a huge ""weekend billing"", but just the opposite. The plumber checked out my situation, advised a course of action, and did not bill me for the home visit. Maple Leaf arranged for a 3rd party to come in and take care of the mold that had accumulated in the walls in the bathroom. After the mold was taken care of, Maple Leaf then sent a plumber back out to install a new toilet (the old one had a crack in the base). I found Maple Leaf to be professional and personable. My own experience with them was a positive one.

I had them out for an AC unit that wasn't working. They told me I needed a new compressor for $4600. I called another company for a second opinion. The second company got the AC working with no new parts. A new compressor was not needed.

4 years ago I had this company replace my AC in my house. So when it stopped working, I did what most men would do. Research and see if you can fix the problem yourself. I replaced the compositor first (being the cheapest and easiest part to replace). I was then given the phone number of Maple Leaf from my wife, telling me I should call the people who installed it. So I did. - just to make her happy.

When the young boy showed up, I had explained what I had done, and what I thought the next thing he should check (THE BREAKER SWITCH to see if it is good). And then I let him do his job. I watched him hook up his tanks to my unit (as if he was charging it) poke around a bit at the electrical (never going inside to inspect that unit. Then he came back with an est. of $5600 and told me that the COMPRESSOR was LOCKED UP and the inside unit should be replaced too. WHAT?!

When I showed him the $916 compressor I found on my laptop, I explained that a $4000 mark up was a little steep. They billed me $93 for the bad est and the insult. I paid it.

After he left I replaced the braker switches, which I was going to do next before I was given their number. Hey guess what? I just saved myself $5600 !!!!!

Oh and when he had his tanks hooked up to my compressor. YEA... I will be calling someone else to charge my system from what was stolen.

Thieves, down right THIEVES.

By the way. I will be blasting this all over for at least the next month or two, Unless I hear back from the message I left the General Manager.

Oh did I mention I do social media marketing for a living?

Very poor customer service and over-priced quotes. I would suggest going elsewhere as my last bad experience with this company will not be repeated because I would prefer to give my business to a company who appreciates it.

You simply cannot treat your customers as though they are irrelevant. Over time, that will eat away at your reputation. If I'm going to pay someone to do work for me, I expect them to be pleasant as that is how I do business and run my own life.

We all have our moments, but this company is consistently treating the customer poorly.

Find another company for your plumbing and air conditioning - there are many excellent ones in the desert!

Have worked with this company for over two years now. Service is professional and I appreciated Robert making extra sure all went well. Their prices were competitive and they showed up when they were supposed to looking neat and clean, which is hard to do with the type of work they do. I'm very happy with this company and highly recommend it.

Regarding their logo, which is the Canadian flag, it's kind of Irrelevant to expect this company named Maple Leaf (Native to Canada,) to fly an American flag just because one person thinks it's necessary. Frankly, I don't know many businesses that fly a flag at all!
