I should have read the reviews before trusting Maple Leaf with my business. I hired them to replace my five filters and assumed they did the work they were paid for. I recently had another company out to do the same work and discovered that two of my five filters were missing. Maple Leaf removed two dirty filters and didn't put new ones in. I've been living without filters in two of my largest room so it's no wonder I've spend every other day cleaning so much dust. I called and spoke with the owner directly who promised me a phone call bak within a couple of hours. It has been well over a week and nothing. I wasn't expecting anything unreasonable, only to be refunded for the two filters that I paid for but never received. I gave her an opportunity to make this right and she chose not to. I'm very disappointed and would caution anyone from using this business.

Zero stars. They said they would be here in 2 hours. 5 hours later they showed up. Charged me $100 to tell me they don't work on GE products. We told them when we called what type of water heater we had. We have used them for many years but now we are looking for another Plummer

I have been waiting to find out a price of a part for over five hours. The tech came out yesterday. Said I needed a condenser. Get the price tomorrow at 9:A.M. It is now five and 1/2 hour. I have called him, the store, the parts store. I finally learned the owner has to give the price. She is in a board meeting. If a customer is waiting you call the tech and the customer first. Not go into a meeting. it is almost 100 degrees,here. They could have said go out and we will have the price in six hours.

I previously called in for a water heater job in my house and was put on hold. I waited awhile but needed service so I didn't mind. I was told I was going to be set up with someone and the rude girl working there took down my info and I waited for a call. A day or two goes by and a guy calls me asking about the job and he ALSO was very rude and incapable of having a conversation. I asked if he was with the company and he said sort of???? It was very weird, I called the office again the next day and Nicki once again tried avoiding my call. Wasn't sure what was so hard about creating an appointment and having someone come out, I've heard great things about Maple Leaf but the gal at the front desk must be new. I went somewhere else.

Don't understand the non-5star reviews. We have been using these guys for years and have always had a good experience. Recently had a problem on a Saturday where the air conditioner stopped working and it was 95 degrees outside - they got there fast and fixed the problem. Ask for Gerardo ""Jerry"" - he couldn't have been nicer, a perfect repair experience - and that is rare.

This was one the very best experiences I've had with a plumbing company. They were prompt and extremely courteous even though it was early on December 26th! They quickly cleared the obstruction in the sewage pipe. And charged a reasonable amount for the job. If you need a plumber I can assure you these are the guys you want to call.

So I choose Maple leaf as they are close to one of my locations , the reason I call them was to take care of split system set up ( it was previously installed by electrician) so the technician from maple leaf (the best they have she said , go figure) I need at least 4 hours to to do the job or more so you are looking at $700,00 ( I know turtle speed to get more bucks) so I agreed to the amount but they they said we only have time until April almost 3 weeks from now !horrible company !! When I used them at another location they damaged the drywall texture and I let it pass good thing I have that on video that I will be posting as they just not what they claim to be and community needs to be aware of this company

I called this company and the serviceman said he could fix my unit $844. I ask if it would be worth fixing the service told me it would be. The next month it went out I called again they came and told me I needed a new unit, There price for a new unit was $2000. more than other company it the valley. The sent me a bill for come out and telling me I need a new unit They also said their service man like to repair and not tell people that they need a new unit' so I am out $925. and still have to buy a new unit I would never call this company again, nor would I recommend them to anyone

We had a toilet leak, which apparently had gone undetected for quite awhile. I called on a Saturday, during the 4th of July weekend. I assumed that I would get hit with a huge ""weekend billing"", but just the opposite. The plumber checked out my situation, advised a course of action, and did not bill me for the home visit. Maple Leaf arranged for a 3rd party to come in and take care of the mold that had accumulated in the walls in the bathroom. After the mold was taken care of, Maple Leaf then sent a plumber back out to install a new toilet (the old one had a crack in the base). I found Maple Leaf to be professional and personable. My own experience with them was a positive one.

I had them out for an AC unit that wasn't working. They told me I needed a new compressor for $4600. I called another company for a second opinion. The second company got the AC working with no new parts. A new compressor was not needed.
