i had a hvac line I cut while doing yard work. it was a small cut but I didn't know fo how to repair. i asked so many different companies off they would help. they all said they don't do this type of work. Edward from Don miller and sons sent me Mike from mape brothers contact. Mike was so nice he wasn't rude all he was is super helpful. I was so grateful to God for putting Mike in my life. Mike was so cool so nice a real cowboy. He told me the parts to get to fix this. I had told him I didn't have experience in doing the job. I asked him if he would consider to help me w the job. He did not hesitate. Right away he told me where to drop it of. This job was small and most people in this industry don't want to help people out. They just want to get big jobs and take hard working people money. Mike was so humble so kind he told me to bring it and to give him a couple of weeks. I dropped it off and to my surprise he called me later in the day said it was done. I was so stressed out till I met Mike. He made me feel like it was not a big problem. I felt so relieved. To top it off Mike is a family man working with his son. Mike is not a money hungry person. For any home owners we know how some people take advantage of us. Mike is not only an amazing man with skills he's a people person. He has great vibes and you can feel his is so genuine. I recommend to cal use Mike for all your a/c hvac needs. You can count on good service workin without getting to to took to the ban. after everything Mike did not charge for the job. Mike ty for being such an great family man awesome worker. Dave was prompt and removed our old water heater and installed a new one. We had very limited space and Dave researched tank dimensions (which had changed since the last one) and found one that would fit our space. This was not a simple in and out project, the water and gas had to be shut off as well as the electrical breaker box removed. Piping had to be cut and a new valve installed just to make everything fit. Dave was patient and professional, he completed the project and didn't charge us an arm and a leg above the original quote even though it took way longer than expected. I highly recommend Mapes Plumbing for quality work at a fair price.
