I was very impressed with MAPA Plumbing who were very professional, courteous, and patient.

I had called them for a leaky kitchen faucet and Artie and Daniel showed up before the scheduled time. I asked them to wear a face mask and shoe coverings for inside and they went to their truck and got the items.

They inspected the faucet and tried to fix the leaking hose but could not. They then contacted the insurance company and replaced the faucet with a new one that they had to go purchase as the faucets they had in their truck did not fit correctly.

They were very professional and put down tarps before they began working and then cleaned up after using their own products.

They also very patiently explained how I could easily fix a couple of other minor plumbing issues .

I hope I don't have any other plumbing issues but if I do I will be sure to called MAPA right away!!

I have used this company numerous times, and they have always been professional, show up on time, and do great work. Recently, we had a major leak coming from our second story. The son came to our house, found the leak (which was an o ring in our upstairs bath/shower - not easy to find), and fixed it. The father just replaced our leaking garbage disposal. He came during the coronavirus upheaval and wore gloves and a mask for protection for himself and us. I was hoping he was prepared to do that. Totally professional!

Who doesn't dread calling a plumber? I can tell you if you call MAPA plumbing services in Chowchilla you need not feel any dread. We had Artie Torres come to our home to repair 4 toilets. He works for his father, Art, who owns the company. We were so impressed by this young man.
He showed up on time, was polite, and completed the job in a timely manner. We were completely satisfied with the job and the charge.
We would recommend Art to anyone looking for plumbing services.

I have had to call a plumber to my residence a total of 4 times and this guy is the one that I have used the last 3 times. He is super awesome and comes and does his job. I have had a major leak to which the water was draining from my upstairs bathroom into the in between space of my upstairs and downstairs area and all of that water was leaking through every available outlet the water could find in my kitchen. He came with his son and they tackled it. Thank you. Very professional, he comes when he says he will make it. The other two times I used him was my water heater igniter and again my water heater igniter switch keeps going out. I am on here today because my water heater will not stay lit. I have to keep going out there and igniting it and it stays on for a few hours and then goes out again. So here I am again having to call a plumber!! I only use Mappa.

Was referred to them by a home warranty co. Plumber was on time and had the garbage disposal on his truck. Installed it in less than an hour. No leaks or issues. Plumber was courteous and professional. I would recommend them.

Ease of use in a not so easy location. We live in a very rural area where everyone runs on mountain time, meaning you have no idea when or if they will show up. I was told by this company the same day I called that they would try their best to get out to me the same day, but if they couldn't they would call me and let me know. Received a very pollute and apologetic call that they would not make the same day, but that they would be out between 9 and 10 the next morning. Understanding this business is 70 miles from my home I reluctantly agreed. 9:20 the next morning, much to my surprise, the van came rolling up my driveway. The job was completed and the technician was gone in just over an hour. Great communication, personable tech(Art) and quality work. Will definitely use this company again.

this plumber is very professional and have used Mapa for all our plumbing needs. He always gets it done and we've never had any problems with afterwords. We have had him replace most of our plumbing in our 1940 house a little at a time and he'll even gives us options and gives us cheapest and most expensive ways. He even cleaned a clog drain for us and it NEVER came back! I think Mapa is a safe bet for plumbing. Maybe the other reviewer's drain got clogged because of Karma because he sounds like such a nice guy and all....What goes around ......lol
