I had the extremely good fortune to hire Jamie @ Manzo Mechanical. Even before coming to provide a free estimate, Jamie texted me several times to get a sense of the job and to offer repair options. The day scheduled for the repair, Jamie showed up on time, installed the new kitchen faucet and even did a couple of extra minor repairs at no additional cost. I was charged the amount Jamie quoted at the time
he provided the free estimate. Throughout the job Jamie was professional, polite and personable and completed the job in an extremely timely manner. I plan on hiring Jamie and Manzo Mechanical for ALL my plumbing jobs.

Finding a decent plumber in the city is incredibly difficult & working with Manzo Mechanical solved that stress for me permanently! Just used Manzo Mechanical on a Saturday and had a great experience. Called them at 7:30am because my hot water boiler stopped working at night. Jamie responded and had someone come over by 8:30am to evaluate the situation. I got a new hot water boiler installed within an hour and everything was clean and smooth. The person who came over (Teddy) gave me honest opinions about other plumbing questions I had and was very patient. The price was average to above average in my opinion but for a plumbing emergency it is worth paying for top notch service.

The boiler was excessively hot after a few hours so Jamie guided me through the process to try to solve this on my own and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was running correctly. He answers text and calls in a timely manner and makes sure that you are happy and satisfied with the service.

Highly recommended and will use Manzo Mechanical for all of my plumbing needs in the future!
