Worked with Manzella Plumbing since 2011. Contacted Manzella plumbing from information I received from Menards in Hanover Park. I needed to replace a water heater and he suggested a Bradford White unit. Everything worked out great then this October the heating element went out and my Warranty had expired. I called Dan, luckily he was still around. He told me to give him the serial no. & model and he would get the part and install. He reinstalled burner and tried lighting pilot but was unsuccessful. Decided we needed a new gas valve. Ordered the part from supplier in Rockford and unfortunately when part arrived was the wrong part that was sent. Dan went out of his way to travel to Rockford supplier to get the right part for our water heater. He returned the next morning to install the right part. He went out of his way to make sure everything was working properly.

I met Dan while we were in high school. After a bad experience with a local plumber who overcharged me and did mediocre work, I reached out to him. No one else does plumbing work for me than him. He is thorough, careful, and totally reasonable.
Dan is the rare breed of professional who does it right. If he sees something else that needs fixing, he talks to is about it. He's also done plumbing work for my extended family.

We are currently selling our house and needed some things with the plumbing done under the sink and also needed a new hot water heater. A friend of mine had used Dan before and gave me his number so we called. He asked questions about what I had currently as a hot water heater and then gave me a quote for a really reasonable new one. It wasn't the lowest quote I received but you know what they say about getting what you pay for. I liked that Dan communicates with me about why I was getting what I was and was transparent about the cost and workmanship that would come with it.
Dan and his team showed up at our house when they said they would and I didn't have to worry about anything. His team was professional on the job (and even took a second to pet my dog!)
I'm sure the new buyers will be happy with the great quality and workmanship provided.

Got a quote from Dan to install a tankless water heater. Ordered all the parts and tried to set up the install.
Dan returned our calls sporadically over the six months we tried to schedule stating there was a problem with his licence.
Finally had to find another plumber after he stopped responding.
