Mike is an amazing communicator and very thorough with his service. I'm thrilled I found him. Another plumber gave us very wrong information about our plumbing system so I reached out to Mike about fixing our sewer pump system. As he was waiting for access to our property, he decided to look at the city's manhole. He sees blockage and calls the city. All before he and I speak about the problem! He's proactive and even followed through with the city about running a camera to check for issues. The blockage wasn't related to my problem but the fact that he did that and followed through is impressive. Then, when he addressed my problem, he walked through everything he did and gave me details which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Mike!

I found Mike (Mansfield Plumbing) through Yelp and I'm so grateful I did. I feel I've found a plumber for life - which is priceless when you need plumbing services.

Mike came out to provide tankless water heater maintenance. He was on time, knowledgeable and explained in detail what he was going to do. He was quick, thoroughly cleaned up afterwards and reasonably priced.

It's the big things (knowledge, pricing, prompt, communication - all of which he excels) but it's also the little things. It's a relatively new construction and he noticed that there was a plastic plug (instead of copper). While he could've left it, he knew it was good to change to copper. He had the plug with him, and while it likely didn't cost much for the part, he didn't charge me (even though I offered to pay for it).

I highly recommend him!

I wish we could give 10 starts to Mike. He is awesome and the level of service he provides is outstanding. We had an issue with our very old water heater in our newly bought condo and he came out and helped us in a pinch. He advised us that upgrading to a new one might be the smart move over time. He came through when we needed him, was in constant communication with us through the process, and took care of us by replacing the water heater and getting us to code. Excellent customer service and workmanship. I HIGHLY recommend Mansfield Plumbing!

Mike did a fantastic job on installing a new outside water spigot, increasing the temperature on our water heater and water pressure to the house. All done earlier than anticipated. I would greatly recommend!!!

Had a bad leak outside on my hose spigot. We were losing approx 2 gallons of water every 45 minutes. Mike rearranged his schedule to give us next day service so we didn't have a high water bill. His service was excellent, prices very reasonable, and now I'll use him for any future plumbing needs.

4-20-22: My wife and I can't say enough about Mike... He is able-willing-courteous-industry savvy-experienced-above board, friendly, open to questions, ethical, and, VERY capable! I had a mess on the floor last night due to old leaky washer-room faucets (46 yrs old) that gave up the ghost.
Mike was out this same day (today) to assist us... due to a last minute cancellation right before we called. He is totally professional and has a good sense of humor. Mike took various types of precautions while working and left things immaculate when he was finished. My opinion, is that he doesn't have the overhead of ""box-store"" plumbing companies with commissions to pay out, etc, so his pricing was less than any ""pro's"" I called before him for quotes. His quote was reasonable for us, it was financially comfortable especially as we are retired and SS is our only income.
