Having had no success with several other area plumbers for a leaky Roman tub faucet, Richard at Jolly Rooter referred me to Mike for help. Mike was able to quickly diagnose the issue and knew exactly what to do in order to fix it. He went, what I feel, was above and beyond to fit me into his schedule. With no trouble at all he was able to swap out the defective cartridges in my faucet and the whole thing was good as new.

Mike was prompt, personable (we had several hobbies in common and it was nice talking to him), knowledgeable, and his rates were very reasonable. While I hope I don't see Mike very often because I like not having plumbing issues, I will be using Mansfield Plumbing again when issues arise because this experience was flawless.

Mike provides excellent service. I contacted him based on other reviews, and wasn't disappointed. He came over and cleaned out the entire sewer line and got my plumbing back up and running. The day beforehand, he was also able to walk me through a few steps to diagnose the issue helping to save time, which I was really impressed with. When he did come over, he was efficient, got straight to work, and it was clear he had the best equipment on hand and expertise to get the job done. I've hired other plumbers in the area and have been far from impressed at times, so this experience was a breath of fresh air. I'll be referring Mansfield plumbing to others in need and look forward to being able to reach out again in the future.

Mike is an experienced long-term plumber working for various companies and has decided to go out on his own he is definitely looking for business ( I was fortunate to find him on yelp when I was in a little bit of a bind looking for plumbers), and he did a fantastic job installing a vanity, three toilets, fixing my kitchen sink and hooking up many appliances during a floor remodeling. He is hard-working and is reliable and is meticulous. I appreciated he backs up his work for 6 months. Five Stars. Thanks again Mike!

The original installation of our tankless water heater had serious problems with the recirculation function, resulting in mixing of hot/cold at the taps and a serious water hammer problem.  The original installer expressed doubts as to what the problem was, so we wanted to try someone else.  Mike quickly identified the problem (incorrectly installed check valves), as well as a code violation (needing an expansion tank).  There were several repair options, and he made sure we were aware of the pros/cons of each before deciding how to proceed.  He did an excellent job of replacing the valves and installing the tank, salvaging as much of the original work as possible to reduce installation cost.   If you need a plumber, Mike is the person to call.

I'm actually writing this because I honestly had a dream about my house flooding last night and my reaction was don't worry I know just who to call and it was Mike! If a plumber is good enough to end up in my dream then he is great enough to write a review about! Mike was incredibly responsive when I reached out for help with a valve replacement in my kitchen. He not only fixed the valve quickly but he was also able to fix one more thing for me that I just mentioned in conversation. Thank you Mike for being quick, reliable, and honest! It can be hard to trust someone to fix your home the right way and not overcharge you for it.

Had one of out periodic blockages. Mike from Mansfield plumbing came out and dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently. Often we have had plumbers try to encourage us to have more than is needed, done. Our experience with Mike was totally different. Mike recommended certain drains to be cleaned and others not. Both that is a difference. I am certain that if you use these folks, you too will enter them in your phone for future reference. Excellent service! You'll be glad you called them!

Our sewer main to the septic tank plugged up early in the morning. Mike managed to fit us into his daily schedule and arrived less than 3 hrs after we called. He promptly cleared the plug and inspected the pipe to find the cause for the plug, clearly explaining the issue and possible permanent fixes to the main pipe (which is something we will do at a later date). He is very knowledgeable and friendly, and his rate was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

I had to change my supply valves in my condo because I was putting new faucets in my bathroom and kitchen sink. Mike was very helpful, and responsive. I had called him Tuesday and by Wednesday I had my new faucets with running water. He had to turn off the water for the whole building but he got it done and was very kind and helpful. I had called some other plumbers before I reached out to Mike and they were less than friendly, but Mike knew what needed to be done and did it.
