Was so appreciative for the great service Mike provide. He came in and within 15 minutes he determined what the issue was with my leaky dishwasher. He didn't have the part but went right out to the hardware store and replaced it in no time. I will be referring Mike to anyone in our community looking for a Plummer.

Mike is the best. Our water heater started leaking profusely in the afternoon on a Thursday. I reached out to Mike through Angi. He called me back within minutes and told me he could fix it that night. Fast-forward to 1:45 AM and we had a new, shiny hot water heater! And his work is also quality. Check out the photos. Mike Mansfield, Plumber, came to fix a clogged toilet (which he did quickly) and he also easily fixed an annoying toilet flushing sound on another toilet - And - while he was here I asked him about my 10+ year old water heater and he gave me info about it - he's clearly well informed- and he also did maintenance on it to keep it running well, given that it's ""aging up"". The fee he charged was very reasonable. Mike is a military vet, always nice to give work to those who have served all of us. Mike is an experienced plumber working for another company and he's just gone out on his own w Mansfield Plumbing. Apparently, I was one of his first customers for his own biz (Dec 1, 2021). He's clearly working very hard w his own biz. Good job, Mike!

Mike was great from first contact to finish. He was very responsive, quick to follow up, and incredibly thorough throughout the job. Even let me know about an out of code issue, and didn't pressure me to use him for the fix or charge for anything I didn't need. Honest, reliable, and reasonably priced! If you are in need of a plumber, Call Mansfield Plumbing. Sunday morning, we awoke to a leaking faucet and drain under our master bath sink. After calling several plumbing companies, we stumbled on Mike at Mansfield Plumbing. What a great guy. He showed up on time, assessed the situation, advised approximately the cost and went to work. We had a slow working shower drain due to a kid dropping a large toy down it. Mike was unfortunately not able to resolve the issue, but absolutely not for him trying. He spent 4 hours on our job working to correct it and was professional and transparent the whole way. After he couldn't fix the issue, he didn't charge us a dime and actually uncovered some additional plumbing issues we had. Even though he couldn't resolve our problem (which is completely my kid's fault) he tried relentlessly and I would still absolutely call him with plumbing issues in the future. He was incredibly knowledgeable as to what our problem was, we just had an issue that wasn't fixable without more severe work (again, thanks kiddos).

Coming home at 6pm after being gone for 2 weeks, to a failed tankless water heater, right before New Year's Eve was not ideal. I was dreading for either the cost to have a plumber come out at ""after hours rates"" or having to wait days or weeks not having hot water during one of Reno's coldest New Years on record, and while also having an 8 month pregnant wife at home. So I reluctantly but frantically started calling around to local plumbers.

Calling Mansfield Plumbing and speaking with Mike (owner), explaining my predicament, was an immediate lift of stress off my shoulders. He was very empathetic for my situation and even with his busy schedule and the holiday, he came out first thing the next day to look at the problem and come up with a plan. 1 day later, he was replacing my tankless water heater. He frequently communicated with me, offered transparent and fair pricing, and above all, is just an absolute great person to work with. Not an ounce of anything but honesty from Mike. Never tried to upsell us for things we don't need, and went the extra mile to do the job the right way.

He has earned a lifetime of business from us and will be the first recommendation to anyone we know looking for an honest, reliable plumber.
