Contacted Manny for a standard tank pumping when Manny discovered that the septic installation was not completed properly. Manny was able to take the time to address the larger issue and prevent a near backup of the system into my home and damage to the pump. Manny was able to spot and address the issue quickly! First experience with Manny since our previous guy has gone MIA. Returned our call right away and came out the very next day and called us prior to arrival, so we were sure to be home. Dressed very professional and super nice. They got right to work and made sure to come knock when they had a couple things to point out to us regarding our system. Pricing was less expensive than some other quotes received even though we have 2 separate tanks. Highly recommend them and look forward to having them return as needed. FYI, the majority of their business is commercial, so they may not take on every job, but they'll certainly let you know this up front.

We have used Manny's for many years, they have the best price around and alway did a great job pumping the septic tank for us. Now many of my neighbors also use them for our yearly pumping required by our HOA and everyone is very satisfied. I actually had to call them this past winter to fix a broken cap and they came right out and didn't even charge me for that, what a service! They know what they are doing and everyone is very professional and courteous. It's such a pleasure to do business with someone who cares about their customers like the Manny's.

the first time I used Manny, his guy did a good job unclogged my sewer and he charged me a reasonable price. My sewer got clogged second time after few months and he sent his guy out unclogged it again and he charged me the same as the first one. The third time called him up on Sunday because my rental sewer got back up. He told if he come out on Sunday I would have to pay him $1,300 but weekday would be $900 or less. So I decided to have him come over on next day Monday. After he unclogged my sewer, pumped it and said I might have a broken sewer line.. But he still charged me $1,300. I was thinking might be $1,000 would be reasonable since he was there about 5 hours trying to uclogged it. Still he didn't do the camera to see the line and asked me to have a plumber cut open the pipe then he would come back to do the camera. Why I have to pay for the plumber and have you come back do the camera and have a plumber come back out to close it up. It doesn't make any sense. If you promised to do the camera go into the line to see but you didn't do it but still charging me for it and pricing like weekends rate. I would not recommend him and I won't use it again.

We researched prices for a septic cleanout for our home in southern Chester County and Manny had the best price quote. He came out to our home the day that we called even though it was not an emergency call and despite it being a very hot day. He did a very thorough job and went out of his way to explain to us everything that he was doing. He finished in a timely fashion and addressed some issues we were not aware of without pressuring us to replace our septic system which has quite a few years on it.
