I have been living in my house for more than 20 years and have had my septic tank serviced periodically by another company. The last couple of times I was not particularly impressed by them and decided to try someone else. I chose Manny based on other reviews. Manny was able to schedule a visit promptly and he did a fantastic job. He pointed out some of the problems caused by sloppy work done by the previous company and took extra time to fix them. He also gave me excellent advice about a couple of other minor issues with by septic system. All of this for a very reasonable price. I can highly recommend Manny and I certainly will continue to call him in the future!

Manny's Septic Services exceeded my expectations. Not only was Manny able to solve our septic issue, but I received a thorough education on how my system works, in a way that I could understand. At no point did I feel we were being up-sold or were unnecessary services being solicited. Refreshing to come across an honest businessman who cares about the quality of his work and company's reputation. I can't say enough about Manny and his crew. Very professional, quick to reply to calls or emails, and at the right price. I have a very old Septic system and I'm trying to make it last for a few more years, and I wouldn't be able to without Manny's help and advice. He's not trying to upsell you or take advantage of a dire situation. Provided next day, emergency service and they always explain the problem and solution. He goes above and beyond expectations. He has a general concern for his customers and it shows.

Contacted Manny for a standard tank pumping when Manny discovered that the septic installation was not completed properly. Manny was able to take the time to address the larger issue and prevent a near backup of the system into my home and damage to the pump. Manny was able to spot and address the issue quickly! Great team!

First experience with Manny since our previous guy has gone MIA. Returned our call right away and came out the very next day and called us prior to arrival, so we were sure to be home. Dressed very professional and super nice. They got right to work and made sure to come knock when they had a couple things to point out to us regarding our system. Pricing was less expensive than some other quotes received even though we have 2 separate tanks. Highly recommend them and look forward to having them return as needed. FYI, the majority of their business is commercial, so they may not take on every job, but they'll certainly let you know this up front.

After reading the reviews I called Mannys. They came out this morning. I can't say enough about how professional they were. The gentleman that came out was polite, clean cut, ready to work. He not only pumped out my tank but also washed it out. I'm switching to Mannys. These guys are awesome!

We have used Manny's for many years, they have the best price around and alway did a great job pumping the septic tank for us. Now many of my neighbors also use them for our yearly pumping required by our HOA and everyone is very satisfied. I actually had to call them this past winter to fix a broken cap and they came right out and didn't even charge me for that, what a service! They know what they are doing and everyone is very professional and courteous. It's such a pleasure to do business with someone who cares about their customers like the Manny's.
