Manny has been our go to guy for years. He's done many stellar jobs at our 60 year old home, all to our satisfaction and at a reasonable cost. Hard for me to believe he has any bad reviews. He must have been having an off day.

My review is from a tenant perspective not a transactional one, yet i feel it gives other potential clients insight into the way they operate. They were called by the landlord to service a broken water main. They have been here a total of 3 times. 1st visit no issue. 2nd visit water is shut off for an hour or 2 with no heads up to tenants. Irritating but got through it. They posted 6 signs letting us know that the water will be shut off on the 5th. On the 4th I wake up to know water. Go outside and find a worker and tell him the water is off. ""Yea its scheduled to be shut off to replace the main line."" Me, ""yea on the 5th, your signs say it right there."" HIM puzzled and agrees. I point out the 5th is tomorrow. Him,"" let me tell my boss."" Boss comes out telling me it's shut off for an emergency. I point out that was a outright lie because they put a temporary patch on their last visits so replace a part does not constitute an emergency situation to turn my water off a day ahead of schedule. He shrugged and I walked off. No point to continue talking to someone who is outright lying to get away with putting me in a really crappy situation. Makes you wonder how truthful they are about anything else they say.

Nearly side swiped me on the freeway just now. If you can't signal or drive, you should never be trusted with plumbing.

Major Home Remodel. All new plumbing project became a nightmare with Manny's company. Work billed for and paid but not completed. Had to hire other plumbers to complete. Delayed project 6+ months.

Manny's Rooter service deserves a five star rating. Andrew who arrived at nine this morning to change the garbage disposal and bathroom faucet in our condominium in Redondo Beach was very knowledgeable and skilled. He was extremely hardworking, diligent, a gentleman and did a great job! We are satisfied and will use Manny's service again and also recommend Manny's to others. Thank you very much!

Manny does not finish his work after getting paid. He is overwhelmed and does not return calls or finish jobs! Very disappointing!

Mannys was at my condo last week clearing a blockage in my toilet; blockage was actually in the buildings main sewer line but they used all of their super duper line cleaners in my toilet before they went into the garage and found the blockage. They scraped the coating off the toilet so it looks like something you'd find in a 40 year old gas station. I contacted Mannys twice to find out when they'd fix the toilet and was given 2 dates, both of which they missed and never bothered to call me. When I mentioned to Manny that I expected either the scrapes to be repaired or a new toilet, I was informed that they weren't responsible for any damages! I would suggest that you only use this company to clean out outside drains and not allow them inside your dwelling. They left dirt on the walls of the bathroom and footprints all over my wood floors - made no effort to protect anything. In fairness, they did mop up the water from the floor after I provided the mop. Very disappointed.

Wow, I can't believe there is a negative review for Manny's Rooter Service after having Manny handle all my plumbing issues for the last three years! This guy is on-time and a straight shooter. Whether it is a leaking water heater, a clogged bathroom sink, a scary gas leak, or a furnace that needs replacing--he does it all. Just this morning I called him when I discovered a rusted out pipe in my garage and before noon, my problem was solved. Do yourself a favor and call this guy first. I have only written one other Yelp review in my lifetime, by the way, but after all these positive experiences with Manny's Rooter Service I owe it to him to set the record straight!

If you want to set up and appointment and have them flake on you with no reason or apology and then yell at you when they are supposed to be at the appointment, and THEN hang up on you, Manny is your guy! Completely unprofessional. Never dealt with anyone so rude.
