I bought a toilet from Amazon and ordered installation through Amazon Home Services. A few days later I got a message from Amazon Home Services saying they couldn't do the install. So I needed to find someone to do the install. Manny to the rescue!

I got bids from 3 different plumbing services and Manny had the low bid, by a healthy margin. I think you'll find he's incredibly reasonable and fair in what he charges...I cannot say that for other plumbing services I've used.

He showed up punctually at the appointed time. And he was done in less than a half hour. It was a straight-forward job and he nailed it. We chatted briefly about his military service while he was cleaning up. He's a veteran and small business owner. I'll call Manny for my next plumbing project. Recommended!

This is the second time I called Manny for his help. First he fixed my water heater. This time it was my shower. He responds to calls very quickly & is very prompt. He said he'll be at my home around 9am & he was right on time. He is very personable & knowledgeable. He educated me on my shower issues & fixed the problem very quickly.
He can basically fix an entire home. If you have any problems with your house, he can fix them.

We called Manny at 9:30 a.m. about a water heater that needed replacing. He asked for some details, picked up a new water heater, and had it in by 1:30 p.m. It was especially helpful to us because we had planned to leave on vacation that same day.
This was the second time Manny helped us out of a difficult situation - the first was over a Thanksgiving weekend when another plumbing service caused a major leak in a drainpipe.

Working with Manny was a breeze. After dealing with half a dozen other companies to fix our water heater, it was a relief to talk to Manny directly on the phone, not a dispatcher or answering machine. He's responsive, friendly, and clearly an expert at what he does. He was able to easily drain the water heater and replace the thermostat, and took care to clean his workspace before he left. Manny also does electrical and contracting work, and was able to asses some other repair needs around the house. We'll be calling him for other repairs in the future!

After a horrible experience with a larger company, I found Manny's on Yelp. Contrary to speaking with a person who's great at making appointments but the service stops there, I called Manny's and was speaking with Manny. He said that he'd be at my house in 30 to 60 minutes and he was at my door in 45 minutes. The job was done promptly and as far as I'm concerned, the price was fair. After cleaning up the mess (my plumbing disaster), Manny followed up with offering several suggestions to avoid the same issue in the future. I will call Manny for any plumbing/water heater issues in the future and I'll definitely recommend him to friends and family.
