Manny responded to my plumbing issue in a timely manner. I called after normal business hours, but he was able to come to my house without hesitation. It seems that a lot of plumbers in Daly City do not want to travel the long distance to Pacifica! Manny is very personable and was easy to work with. I will call him again when need be.

With the rain the other day...the drain in my light well starting to overflow! I called Manny freaking out that the water would flow into my garage...he showed up in 30 minutes at 7 in the morning!
He knows his plumbing...he does like to engage in conversation but that's part of his charm...he takes it personal that he can get the job finished right. Gave me several options - from major repair to right now fix...

I've worked with Manny on a couple of occasions now and he's been fantastic both times. I have a 60 year old furnace that's original to the house here in Daly City and Manny has gone out of his way to keep it running. When it comes time to upgrade, he'll definitely be getting the business.

Definitely don't understand the great reviews............. Job's take forever to be done it seems like he cherry picks which jobs he wants to do and when. Also like's to discuss politics and race issue's which he should probably just keep his opinion to himself.

TAKE MY ADVICE AND KEEP LOOKING FOR SOMEONE ELSE. Unless your in no hurry to get the job done and you have time to listen to the rants.

Last Friday, my wife called me while I was at work and said there was water all over the garage floor. I called Manny. He showed up on time, was very professional, courteous, and honest. It turns out, our sewer line was backed up. He fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Thanks!
