I was in a desperate situation, every time I used water in my house raw sewage was bubbling up through the drain in my garage, so clearly I couldn't use the shower, toilet etc... until this was resolved. Manny was the only person I could get a hold of on a Sunday evening to come. He had worked all day at another job and came by my place on his way home. He needed to snake the line to clear up the debris in the water main (I think it was the water main). He did the job, price was fair. The problem is, although it only took about 15 minutes to take care he stayed for about an hour and a half, I didn't appreciate this, I was tired, I wanted to have dinner and it was a long day for me too. Manny should of come, done his job, leave me his card and LEAVE. I tolerated it because I needed him to fix the problem and was scared if I wasn't nice and listened to his spiel that he'd leave. So I had to listen to him tell me how everything in my house had to be redone and he could do it for me, told me my line was clogged because of roots and that the line had to be pulled up and replaced, the driveway needed to be torn apart to get to it and it would cost upwards of 10k. Since he came I had several plumbers over all confirming this is a common issue and a maintenance issue, not a rip your driveway apart and replace the line for a ton of money issue. It's been years since I dealt with Manny and have had no problems with my main line, I have someone come out once a year to snake it for $120.00 and it's NO PROBLEM. One of the things during that hour and a half that he was telling me everything that needed to be done (by him for a fortune) was my handheld shower head was leaking, I did ask him about that, he had the nerve to tell me that that's just the way they are because of blah, blah blah. It was such a crock of BS, they don't make fixtures just so they could drip and leak AND when I first got it was perfect. Message to Manny: Customers aren't that dumb. Come do your job and leave. You could have 5 stars from everyone if you didn't try to turn a small job into a whole house remodel. As soon as you start BSing people, telling them their homes are falling apart when they're not and the customer knows better - you've lost them. Now on the other hand you'd get more business than you could imagine and the money that goes with it and if a whole house remodel did need to be done people would reach out to you because of a past positive experience. Clearly you have good reviews on here so maybe none of this matters but I see some of them are pretty much the same as mine. I gave 2 stars because I appreciate he came and helped me out at a desperate time.

Manny was awesome. Helped me replace a toilet that wasn't installed properly and was letting some sewage gas in. I actually went with Magic Plumbing first, but that plumber told me it couldn't have been from the toilet. And that guy still charged me a fee for coming to inspect! (Don't go with Magic Plumbing!!!) Manny came in and confirmed it was from the toilet right away. He's very knowledgeable about the different kinds of toilets there are and how they're installed. He even helped me save money on getting a new toilet. He originally wanted to come back the next day to install, but there would have been problems with my work schedule, and I would be traveling out of town soon. So, he helped me order the toilet right away, drove to get it, and came back to install. Did everything super fast and clean. Like I said, he knows what he's doing. He's a great professional, and he's also super funny. Go with Manny!

Manny was great, came over quickly to take care of a drainage problem in our bathroom shower. Showed up on time and worked quickly. Job ended up a little more complicated than we expected, but he took care of it even though he had to come back the next day (on a weekend). Much appreciated for the great service. My Takagi tankless water heater stopped working on Sunday. I called several plumbers on Monday to try and get someone to come over, figure out the problem and fix it. Two guys told me I would need to wait 2 weeks before anyone could come over and one told me it would cost $340 just to get someone out to my place the next day. Neither was an acceptable option. I finally found Manny. Not only is he a certified Takagi technician, but he was able to come out on Tuesday morning for a much more reasonable $189 service call. Manny showed up on time the next morning and got to work. It turns out the heater needed to be replaced, as it had been leaking and was damaged. He saw all the toys in my garage and recognized I had two young children. He said that he'd take care of me and come back that same afternoon with a new heater. He kept his word and had it installed and working perfectly in less than 2 hours. The price he quoted is the price he charged. The whole family was happy to have a nice hot shower that evening! The customer service was good, the work was fast and clean and the family is happy. I got exactly what I needed! Thanks Manny!

Contacted Manny for a busted sink and he was a life saver. We were hoping for a quick fix, but now with a new toilet and new sink, we'll be leak free for ages. Manny was informative and fast, cordial, and incredibly helpful. We went from freaking out on Saturday to all new fixtures on Monday. Looking forward to working with Manny again when we're ready to tackle some serious repairs.

I had a problem with my toliet late night on Saturday and I tried calling other 24hr plumbers. With all these so called 24 plumbers Many was the first to call me bright and early. He replaced our toilet with no hassles and even took the old one away. Taking my old toilet away really helped me out. I would recommend him to anybody looking for a plumber or general contract work.
