I had a water leak under the house, called Manny at 8:00 am this morning and within 2 hours I received a returned phone call. Manny arrived about 3:45 p.m. & immediately diagnostic the problem, in this 105 degree heat outside. He was out of here in 15 min. His prices are reasonable.

The city called and notified me of a small leak at the house due to the meter constantly being running. Inform me that the leak had been going on for about three months before they notice the high water usage and my residence I looked around the property found no structural damage. At that point, I figured that I had a slab leak and Manny leaks early in the morning to be told that they could be here the same day to do the inspection to try to find the leak. He had availability the same day as my water bill has been going up progressively about $30 over the last three months and the concern of the water being somewhere that would ultimately damage my home. Showed up around 2 PM. Didn't pressure me found the leak within the first 20 minutes will be here. Explain to me the new process of how he could fix it and that it was a leak underneath my toilet but that he had a technique that would save any breaking of a tile (I don't have anymore since I bought the home that tile has been discontinued) was that a complete of flooring would cost me thousands of dollars plus the repairs are replacing everything and the headache that came along with it. To his technique again, he did not pressure me only explain the process and the dollar amount he was willing to charge me was well within my budget for an emergency. He reassured me that he could get the job done within three hours and he was able to cut off, the pipe that was leaking and reroute the piping with the new sleeve it's been about a week now and I have not had any issues and the meter has stopped running. I hear water constantly running through and my tile stay intact as he cut off a small square and the drywall in the restroom to get to the pipes.

After finishing up, he cleaned up after himself explain to me again what he did explained that all his work comes with the lifetime guarantee warranty, which is even more reassuring when it comes to older homes you just don't know what's gonna happen to them. He finished the work and about two hours and 45 minutes, which is within the three hour time job limit that he gave himself.

When it comes to home plumber about who to use as most the time there are concerns of integrity, but with Manny, I felt comfortable and what he was telling me was the truth without an upsell of additional services . Had to complete the job on time clean and efficiently would recommend to anybody that needs services for any plumbing needs. I would give him a 10/10 if possible he won me over and is my go to plumber now

When it comes to honesty and trust to get the job done and to do it right the 1st time we always call Manny's Leak Inc. We rarely say that about companies. We were referred to him by a friend and he is now our go to guy for plumbing issues. Manny has over 25 years of experience and is dependable. He and his crew after fixing a major sewage problem also created a new access entry to get to the drains more easily. It was a lot of work especially getting through the cement.

Reapeat patron. I only text Manny when there is some plumbing that I can't resolve myself. He goes beyond what he promises everytime. Had a major back flow from main sewer on my friend's commercial building Manny and his crew worked their butt off to clean out the main issue then went onto clean out each drain without extra charge, which wasn't even on the contract.
If you find a solid contractor like Manny, stick with that contractors to build a good relationships. That way the contractors will go further beyond.

We discovered Manny's Leak Detection several years ago. Have used him many times for slab leak, bathroom plumbing problems, and kitchen sink plumbing problems. So when our water heater gave out unexpectedly this cold winter and we needed a quick replacement, we naturally called Manny. He was here the next day. He and Jose are a great team. Very disappointed with this company. They said they would be at my mother's home between 3 and 4pm, then when I finally get hold of them they said they can't make it. Very poor communication, no call backs and got texts from 3 different numbers. Why book a time and then tell me you can't make it.? Waste of my time!

We manage a number of properties and need service providers often. Manny, Mario, Ashley and team have so wildly exceeded our expectations that I don't know where to begin.

They (Manny) was right on time of arrival each visit. He identified, diagnosed and bid on our slab leak with precision and confidence. Other plumbers before him could not diagnose or pinpoint the problem. His pricing was competitive for a complete repipe. Dealing with Ashley about the estimate and payment was as quick and even fun as with Manny and Mario who let the crew of 4 guys. Wow, the crew was professional, hard working, efficient and they cleaned up after themselves.

They went above and beyond helping correct two issues that were unrelated to the repipe without a hint of additional charges.

Manny said they would be finished the second day by 1pm or 2pm and they were. There were no add on or hidden charges and the patch work was as advertised.

There was a follow up issue with water pressure a couple of weeks later and they came back willingly and took care of it!

Mannys company did a great job, they were diligent in covering everything with plastic and protected the floors as well. They had good teamwork, and worked very expediently to get the work done as soon as possible. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to repipe my, replace the water heater . It only took his team 7 hrs. to do the repipe. And his drywall team came the following day and completed the work in 8 hrs. Amazing work ethic and made sure everything was clean before they left. I would definetly recommend Mannys Leak to anyone who is battling with copper pipe pin hole leaks, or needs a reroute for whatever reason.
