Reapeat patron. I only text Manny when there is some plumbing that I can't resolve myself. He goes beyond what he promises everytime. Had a major back flow from main sewer on my friend's commercial building Manny and his crew worked their butt off to clean out the main issue then went onto clean out each drain without extra charge, which wasn't even on the contract.
If you find a solid contractor like Manny, stick with that contractors to build a good relationships. That way the contractors will go further beyond.
He also works on gas lines

We discovered Manny's Leak Detection several years ago. Have used him many times for slab leak, bathroom plumbing problems, and kitchen sink plumbing problems. So when our water heater gave out unexpectedly this cold winter and we needed a quick replacement, we naturally called Manny. He was here the next day. He and Jose are a great team. Very professional, fair prices, and excellent workmanship. I highly recommend Manny. You will not be disappointed!!

Very disappointed with this company. They said they would be at my mother's home between 3 and 4pm, then when I finally get hold of them they said they can't make it. Very poor communication, no call backs and got texts from 3 different numbers. Why book a time and then tell me you can't make it.? Waste of my time!

We manage a number of properties and need service providers often. Manny, Mario, Ashley and team have so wildly exceeded our expectations that I don't know where to begin.

They (Manny) was right on time of arrival each visit. He identified, diagnosed and bid on our slab leak with precision and confidence. Other plumbers before him could not diagnose or pinpoint the problem. His pricing was competitive for a complete repipe. Dealing with Ashley about the estimate and payment was as quick and even fun as with Manny and Mario who let the crew of 4 guys. Wow, the crew was professional, hard working, efficient and they cleaned up after themselves.

They went above and beyond helping correct two issues that were unrelated to the repipe without a hint of additional charges.

Manny said they would be finished the second day by 1pm or 2pm and they were. There were no add on or hidden charges and the patch work was as advertised.

There was a follow up issue with water pressure a couple of weeks later and they came back willingly and took care of it!

Mannys company did a great job, they were diligent in covering everything with plastic and protected the floors as well. They had good teamwork, and worked very expediently to get the work done as soon as possible. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to repipe my, replace the water heater . It only took his team 7 hrs. to do the repipe. And his drywall team came the following day and completed the work in 8 hrs. Amazing work ethic and made sure everything was clean before they left. I would definetly recommend Mannys Leak to anyone who is battling with copper pipe pin hole leaks, or needs a reroute for whatever reason.

We woke up to water all over the kitchen and dining area... Found Manny through Google and his reviews don't lie. Called the 800 number no answer, left a voicemail and Ashley returned my call right away. She was very pleasant especially in the stress/panic I was in. Manny arrived the same day to assess the situation, and explained everything and provided options on how to get repairs started. He was great to work with, they had to cut through drywall to reroute our lines and and you can imagine the mess and dust, but they even cleaned up pretty nicely. His work was clean and I would most definitely recommend him. I hope not to have a leak like this again, but at least I now know a great plumber with reasonable prices.

Used them to repipe my house a couple of weeks ago , told me it would take 2 days. They came and finished the job in one day. Very professional and thorough would highly recommend them to anyone. Drywall guy is spot on too.

We built an ADU and Manny's Leak Detection did all of the plumbing and gas lines for the unit. He quoted a price and in the end honored his quote, even though there were a couple added expenses. He did great work and operated with integrity. I would call them in the future with any plumbing needs we may have.

You never know what to expect when you make an inquiry for an estimate within Yelp, but if ""Manny's Leak"" is any example, I'd feel very comfortable in relying on Yelp in the future. Of the six plumbers who responded to my inquiry, Manny's was the first to respond, and although he couldn't make it out the same day, his wife, Ashley promised that he would be out here at first light the next day. He arrived at 9AM, gave me a competing rate to fix my problem, then volunteered to start the work right then and there. Within the hour my ""street level"" leak was detected and fixed. You don't have to go out and wait on 5 estimates, Manny's will probably be very reasonable. As it turns out, I couldn't have asked for more. I highly recomment ""Manny's Leak"" to anyone whose reading this blog. 5 star easily.
