NEVER doing business with them again.

I was initially told that the technician would have all the parts and tools on his truck, told it would be $75 an hour labor rate. I confirmed this over the phone prior to scheduling a service call.
They charge their hourly labor rate from when they leave their shop until they return back!???
This is ontop of their Trip Charge ($15) as well.
I just received my bill in the mail, they installed a toilet flange and wax ring down in my basement bathroom.

They got here at 8am 12-18-2017. (I know this because I texted my wife when they got here and when they left for reference and have the texts.)
A few minutes after they started to perform the job, they broke a drill bit and said they didn't have a spare. So they drove back to their shop to get more parts. Came back and finished the job by 10am.
I was charged for them to drive out to my house, who knows if they stopped for fuel....snacks....breakfast. It's my fault, since I'm being charged as well, for them not having enough parts and tools on their truck? So, I also pay for them to return back to their shop, but do I know they went straight back or did they stop off and have lunch or wait in the drivethrough for it???
On top of this all, it took 1 month to receive the Invoice.
I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
I feel as if I was wrongfully charged and lied to up front with the charges. I will never do business with them nor would I ever recommend them. Home owner Beware!!!
