Called him on last week and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 6pm. Left work early, sat around, no show, no phone call. Get a call at 8:30 pm saying his phone had issues all day and he was unable to call. Ok, no problem, things happen.

I reschedule and request an appt for Thursday and he said he's not working that day, so we scheduled it for Friday at 5pm. It's now Friday at 6pm. No show, no call, so I decided to give him a call to see where he is only to have him say ""Oh, sorry, I decided to work on Thursday instead of Friday, I forgot we had an appointment.""

No communication. Unprofessional. Unreliable. I now have an unresolved issue in my home that I could have taken elsewhere 5 days ago.

Great service! Got it same day, and Ata was not only able to fix my old faucet in the shower but also give my husband master-class and practical tips on how to do it on his own in the future to save money - how about that... very happy and will recommend highly!

Please know that if you are looking for an extremely honest businessman look no further than Manneh plumbing. As someone that has contacts throughout the building trades I would only choose to do business with this gentleman of integrity. I know if I contacted any other plumber i would have paid out 3 times what Mr. Manneh charged me (I am embarrassed he charged me so little). He was prompt and on time for this appointment this morning. Was supremely courteous and respectful. Thoroughly checked out all of the plumbing on this single family dwelling in Miraloma Park (San Francisco) and I mean thoroughly! Walked me though his entire inspection of the home and explained everything to me in detail. Found the cause of the master bedroom shower not working and informed me that it was a simple fix and so what he quoted me when he got there was far less by half. Simple fix clearing a pebble size obstruction in the shower head pipe and the shower was restored to full water pressure. I found Manneh plumbing on YELP and am so thankful because it really can be the luck of the draw! Thank you Manneh Plumbing as you are a rarity in the business world!

It's taken us a while to post anything regarding our experience with Manneh Plumbing, but this delay not only provided us time to reflect on the job that Mr. Manneh did, but also confirms that he fixed our long ailing problem. Due to 50-60 years of setting and earthquakes, our main sewer line, which is located underneath a tight crawl space, needed to be replaced. A section was leaking, and I temporarily fixed it. That temporary fix lasted far longer than it should have. Long story short, we needed to replace virtually the whole main line underneath the house. The drainage angle necessary to create flow was no longer there. Over the course of two day, Mr. Manneh and his brother removed the old oakum sealed pipes and replaced everything. Up until now, whenever the washing machine in the garage would drain, we'd get back-up in our downstairs shower. With the new piping and the proper drainage angle on the pipes, this is no longer a problem. Further more, no leaks! Mr. Manneh also braced the new piping to prevent settling in case of an earthquake. This is an extreme job, but he did it right and didn't take any shortcuts.

Thank you for saving our sewer system!

To top things off, on the way out, I asked Mr. Manneh how he'd suggest I fix our leaky faucet. Without hesitation, he showed me how to take it apart and proceeded to SHOW me how to fix the faucet. Within 5 minutes, that was fixed, too!

For those of you who are considering Manneh Plumbing:

1) Mr. Manneh does a job right the first time.

2) Mr. Manneh's prices are extremely fair.

3) Mr. Manneh is ethical and courteous of the home owner.

4) He is an extremely hard worker (I witnessed him do a job on our house that would cause a 20 or 30 year old to pass out).

Mr. Manneh is from the old school when people took pride in the quality of their work. He is not going to rip you off or try to sell you something, either. We trust him implicitly.

We'll be contacting Mr. Manneh soon to have a toilet replaced. He's our family plumber.

Well, this time we got a leak in our old kitchen faucet pullout hose. Ata was responsive and helpful when my husband called on a Sunday night. He did't charge for the first service call to verify the problem, and came back once we had the new part to do the installation - and only charged us for an hour!

Adding myself to the long list of 5-star fans. Called at noon on a Tue for an issue with the water heater. Ata came that same night (after all his work), diagnosed the problem, and got everything fixed the very next day. In addition to all the other praise he gets on Yelp, and unlike most other plumbers, Ata is available and responsive via his cell phone. Highly recommend.

Nothing good has ever come from amateur plumbing attempts so, when my husband said that he was going to rent a snake to clear the clog that was causing the washing machine to over-flow onto the garage floor, I knew I needed to find a plumber --- fast. I also needed/wanted/prayed for a plumber who would come out as quickly as possible and spend a reasonable amount of time fixing a small-ish plumbing issue. And I found him!!! Ata Manneh was at our house within 4 hours of my call (and he would have come sooner if we had been home sooner), he fixed the problem extremely quickly and when my husband tried to run up the bill himself (!), Mr. Manneh told him that the part he was asking about was fine, didn't need replacing at this time and that he should save his money. What plumber does that?? Mr. Manneh is an honest plumber and a very, very nice man. I highly recommend him.

There are no words to express how thankful I am to have found Manneh... An honest man who I would blindly hire to do any work. Manneh came to my rescue when a handyman spend 2 visits trying to fix a leaky faucet. I got excuses from difficult to locate the correct part to buy a new faucet to remove the sink to let's just try forcing the wrong part. $250 later.. faucet starts to leak.. Manneh steps in... knew the exact part and fixed it within 30 mins and less than $150.. never calling anyone else..Manneh is now on speed dial.

Two for two. First Silas Appliance Repair, now Ata Manneh. He arrived less than an hour after I called for what turned out to be a minor sink leak job. He explained what he was doing and then did it. The price was right, too.

What a perfect world! I have the best dentist, car repair place, appliance fixer, electrician, and now plumber. And he was nice to my sweet but yappy pups.

Ata answered the phone when I called on a Tuesday morning and told me he will be by in two hours. I asked him for a thirty minute heads up and he called a half-hour before he was here. He showed up around 12.30 which is what we discussed. He was totally old-school- professional, kind, fair & honest. In fact, I felt bad when he left..he told me if he were unable to clear the line he would not charge me. He spent over an hour running the snake through after figuring out how the lines run and he wasn't able to clear the line. He gave me some tips on what I should do to prevent future build-up (kitchen sink) and also what I could do to resolve the problem on my own. He wouldn't take anything for his time. He was totally professional and very gracious and humble. He is a very knowledgeable plumber (he indicated what needed to be done but because of our layout he did not have with him what was need) and very easy to work with. Highly recommend.
