Flushed a cell phone down the toilet (smart), where it got stuck in the pipe. This was quite an emergency because 1) I wanted to try to save the phone and 2) I didn't want to flush anything while the phone was in there so I had no toilet.

Called Ata and explained the problem. He was at my door in 15 minutes. And out the door in another 30. I had my phone back and he even put a new seal on the toilet afterward. He also gave some helpful advice on how to possibly salvage the waterlogged phone!

Ata is a very laid back and positive guy. His prices are fair and he does a fantastic job, goes above and beyond. I will definitely use his services again, hopefully not for another toilet phone...

I called Ata on Sunday! And he came first thing Monday morning. He's a hard worker and takes pride in making sure that we, the customer, are happy. i had a face cream lid accidentally flushed down the toilet and he was able to get it out.

Ata was running late for our 4 pm appointment, which annoyed me a little, but he tried to work around my schedule. Then there was an honest misunderstanding about where I lived, making him even later and what seemed like unable to fix my problem. He then showed up at my place, apologized profusely for the misunderstanding and fixed my problem and didn't charge me. He truly is someone that wanted to make clear his reputation was important to him, that he stood behind his word and that he wanted to do good quality work.

I had the most wonderful experience with Manneh Plumbing! I needed to replace a shower extension arm and head, and called Manneh based on the excellent reviews that were included on YELP. He scheduled a time that was convenient based on my work commitments. On the day of the project, he was on time and especially courteous! He also explained the nature of the problem, and outlined the steps for achieving the best solution. I really appreciated his explanations, particularly since I have had no practical experience with plumbing issues. To top it all off, I received outstanding service at a fair price - a rare experience in today's market! I strongly recommend Manneh for your plumbing needs.

Ata is an excellent plumber, honest, capable and to the point. He also will show you how to do simple repairs yourself. I tried everything to get the clog out but the drain still was really slow. After seeing the other glowing comments about Manneh, I called him in morning and he set an appointment for later that same day. He showed up right on time and got to work. He was great at explaining everything he was doing. With his tools and knowledge the drain was fixed in a jiffy. THEN he went on to tighten the loose faucet handles at no extra charge! It was like a time machine back to Ozzy and Harriet.

I booked an appointed with Manneh Plumbing based on the yelp review. He did not show up and called two hours later. Not reliable.

I wish I could give this Mr. Ata zero stars. I made an appointment with him a couple of days ago to come and fix a clogged drain this morning and he didn't show up at the appointed time. I called him after 15 minutes and he said, ""Oh, sorry, I had to come up to Sacramento today to renew my license and I wanted to make sure I got here in time."" No call to let me know he couldn't come, and no offer to fix it as soon as he returned. This after I had made time in my work schedule to be home when he came. Not good.
