I tried everything to get the clog out but the drain still was really slow. After seeing the other glowing comments about Manneh, I called him in morning and he set an appointment for later that same day. He showed up right on time and got to work. He was great at explaining everything he was doing. With his tools and knowledge the drain was fixed in a jiffy. THEN he went on to tighten the loose faucet handles at no extra charge! It was like a time machine back to Ozzy and Harriet.

I booked an appointed with Manneh Plumbing based on the yelp review. He did not show up and called two hours later. Not reliable.

I wish I could give this Mr. Ata zero stars. I made an appointment with him a couple of days ago to come and fix a clogged drain this morning and he didn't show up at the appointed time. I called him after 15 minutes and he said, ""Oh, sorry, I had to come up to Sacramento today to renew my license and I wanted to make sure I got here in time."" No call to let me know he couldn't come, and no offer to fix it as soon as he returned. This after I had made time in my work schedule to be home when he came. Not good.

While getting ready for work this morning, I was greeted with a bathroom sink that would not drain. My efforts to plunge and hand-snake the sink resulted in a sink basin full of pipe sludge, and a pipe that now was leaking into my cabinet. I called Manneh Plumbing and Ata arrived 15 minutes later. Ata was courteous, professional, and efficient, fixing the clog and the leak in a matter of minutes. His price was also abundantly fair. A great guy, and a great business.

An amazing encounter! Ata is more than a plumber. He is a caring friend. Ata came to fix a water leak under my kitchen sink. The problem was taken care of in no time. He then proceeded to teach me how to fix possible future problems, helped me identify tools I may be missing to take care of such issues. Ata arrived on time, called me upon arrival. Without hesitation, I would recommend him and will certainly call him again if I have future problems that I cannot fix myself. BTW, I reached two other plumbers before Ata. They both called back. I tried to take an appointment with them and they never returned my calls. Don't waste any time on anyone else. Call Ata today!

Ata is my go-to plumber. I've called on him twice now and he is one of the best vendors I have ever worked with. I called him yesterday to come out to my place to fix my toilet. He arrived 15 minutes early (which was great) this morning, identified my issue within 15 seconds, and fixed my problem in less than 20 minutes. My toilet needed a new part, and he even had the part in his truck.

While fixing my toilet, he explained step-by-step exactly what he was doing, and he gave me pointers on how to avoid issues in the future. He's very honest and responsible, and I won't hesitate to use him again in the future.

I can't believe he has only a few Yelp reviews. He is an undiscovered gem in San Francisco. I recommend Manneh Plumbing to all!

This is one of those reviews where five stars doesn't come close to capturing the awesomeness of a business; Manneh Plumbing more than deserves five stars...this business also merits two snaps...and a pony. As new homeowners, this was the first maintenance issue we've had. (The only time that I miss having a landlord!) My hubs and I had no idea where to start in terms of finding a plumber and were frankly just expecting a ho-hum experience, regardless of who we hired. A plumber's a plumber, right?

Not so with Manneh Plumbing! Ata took our call on a Sunday and gave my husband advice on how to potentially fix the problem with our leaky hot water heater so he wouldn't potentially have to come out for the repair. (How many businesses would actually talk themselves out of work?!!)

Unfortunately, the quick fix he suggested didn't totally fix the problem (though it helped), so another call to Ata that Sunday afternoon, and he said he'd be by first thing Monday morning to fix our heater problem.

Even though he was running only 15 minutes late, Ata called to let us know he was a wee bit behind schedule. When he arrived, he dove right into fixing the problem and was done in about 30 minutes. He let my husband shadow him so he could understand the cause of the problem and was very friendly and personable the whole time.

I put having a good plumber right up there with knowing a good mechanic, so I'm thrilled to be able to check that one off my list. Ata's our go-to guy.

I'm a real estate agent in SF, and I've been using Ata for at least 7 years. He has done work for my wife and me personally on many occasions, and many, many of our clients have used him as well. He does great work, for reasonable prices, and is just a really good fellow, too. I have complete confidence that he will suggest only the most sensible/necessary repair -- not at all one of those guys who comes in speaking mysterious plumber lingo and whose recommendations you have to evaluate carefully because you can't figure out whether he's saying what he's saying because you really need that solution, or because he wants to charge you a ton because he needs to pay his bills. He's straight-forward, competent, and honest. I wholeheartedly recommend Ata.
