Ata came on a Saturday at the last minute. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The situation to fix the leak was difficult and he stuck with it to the end. What a great guy. All of his reviews are true.!

I had an issue with toilets that were slow to flush and often wouldn't flush completely. Honey, get the plunger! I thought the issue might be tree roots interfering with the drainage system. I called Ata to set up an appointment. He started asking questions, one being do we use baby wipes? We do, the kind that claim they are ""flushable"". Ata told me not to believe that; that even when they claim they are flushable, the wipes may not be; they do not break down and can collect and prevent the efficient flow out of the system. He suggested I stop using the wipes for a couple of weeks to see if things improved. They did! Bottom line: Ata provided free advice, spent time on the phone with me to diagnose my problem at no cost to me. I am grateful for his time and his expertise, and you'd better believe the next time I have a plumbing issue or installation, I will call Ata. Thank you, Ata.

What a sweet and honest man! I called late on a Friday afternoon because my father-in-law had a leaky kitchen facet and he fit us in his schedule to take care of it the same day! I appreciate his honesty and that fact that he didn't overcharge for the simple fix! He guarantees his work and doesn't try to fix unnecessary things!
