Jayden and Donny are superb!
Mann is always accommodating and these two fellows in particular are quick, knowledgeable, personable and know their business. I have used them multiple times for various reasons.
Good people. Took care of line break to main that went through neighbor's yard. Expensive work but well done.
April A.Save yourself a big headache and lots of money. An employee (nice) was here 12 minutes, said our sump pit lid looked like it was going to be difficult to take off and suggested we find out who originally installed it and call them to fix float switch (paperwork showed part still under warranty). I couldn't find out who it was, so I called Mann's back and left a 58 second message saying we would like them to fix it. I never received a call back. Thank goodness... just received a $25 service call bill (expected) along with a $100 labor charge. Seems unethical at best, if not fraudulent charging. The ""difficult"" sump pit lid? It was off in 5 minutes with Roto Rooter, and the whole issue fixed in less than an hour... at a very reasonable rate.
