Beware! A $400 rip-off!

1. Mann's sent someone who was NOT actually a plumber.
2. The ""plumber"" showed up late, was unable to fix a basic plumbing problem, and supposedly fixed another issue but not before leaving behind significant water damage.
3. Called for a solution and Mann's insisted the water damage was my fault due to a valve issue. (But wouldn't an actual plumber know how to solve a minor valve issue?!). Mann's said they were willing to do a $140 refund for being overcharged, but that refund has yet to arrive.

The aftermath:
1. Over $400 bill with no refund (even months later).
2. Additional costs for another plumber to come in and fix the initial problems, which was less than $350, and there was no value problem!
3. Additional costs for water damage repair.

Don't, just don't!!!

well pump wouldn't turn off. they set appointment for 12 I had someone at the house incase I couldnt get home. I was home by 11:40 and they were gone. They didn't fix the problem. Had a bunch of false info on the bill of $110. Then they wanted an additional $180/hr to actually find out what was wrong. I wasn't paying them to come out a 2nd time to do what they should have done the first time. save your money and go with a company that will spend the time to figure things out and not just find a way to charge you.

Worst company I've ever had to do business with. Did the job incorrectly 3 different times, upcharged their products and charged me twice for a mistake they made and had to fix to make right. Owner doesn't care wants to talk but I want things done right the first time. Stay far far away from this company.

Timely arrival and repairs to a gas furnace. Came back the following day and installed a circulator pump..All good with this repair..

They worked on my hot water heater for about 30 minutes to replace a pressure switch and pressure tank charged me 390.00. I went on Lowes and the exact parts they installed cost less than 50.00 combined. I would think twice about calling this company.

We had a plumbing issue with a tree root in the sewer pipe. After a week of no responses from several other plumbers, even one that kept making excuses to delay it a week, then another week, I called Mann Plumbing. They are absolutely amazing and awesome! They had someone out the next day and in less than 48 hours the issue was fixed, after a week and a half with no sewer. Thank you Mann Plumbing! Recommend them to anyone! I will be using them go forward for air conditioning too.

What a God send. Called and spoke with Kim. Our air conditioning fan stopped working, I am on oxygen 24/7 and asked if someone could assist today. Within 2 hours Drew appeared ready and able to help. He was professional, courteous and overall just a nice guy. Anyway, he drove into town to get a replacement motor and our air conditioning is back up and running well. Thanks to the professionals at Mann Plumbing and Heating. Call them if you need help they are the one's to go to.

Great on-time service! Thank you! (Late with this review...used them in February 2015 for a relative's house I was house-sitting for. They are now on their must-use again contractor list! I certainly would.)
