I called Mann Plumbing to fix a bathroom sink that was clogged, replace a control valve for a Rohl shower faucet, replace a Toto toilet fill valve, and a leak in the kitchen faucet. I had all of the parts so only labor was involved. The bid was $800 and I approved the proposal for him to begin the work. The technician arrived at the end of the two-hour window, and he went to work on the shower control valve. An hour later he did not have it installed and he had not done any of the other items. He came to me and said he had to end the job because he had to pick up his child from daycare who got hurt. He clearly didn't know how to replace the control valve as I have had to have this same work done in the past and it took about 20 mins to do the work. So, in short NONE of the work was completed and this company wasted 3 hours of my time waiting for the technician and standing by while he completed none of the tasks that I needed.

Mann Plumbing and Heating literally came to our rescue. Our home was new construction and the first HVAC person (who will not be named and is no longer in business) did an absolutely terrible job. We were so lucky that Mann was willing to come in and work behind this person. They were able to start work within a week. Beginning to end they were fantastic, from IRVIN who came to evaluate the scope of work and coordinate all the service to be done to BRANDON, LEVI and ALL the others who worked diligently to make things right. BRANDON, what can I say, you are extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions we had, which was a lot. LEVI, we can not thank you enough for taking the time to figure out a way to pull that broken water line (done by first ding dong) so our newly graded and seeded yard did not have to be torn up. If we would have started with Mann Plumbing and Heating we would have saved ourselves a lot of time and stress. I don't know how their prices compare but I do know you get what you pay for and they were worth every penny. Had we gone with Mann in the first place everything would have been done months sooner and correctly and we would have gotten a better interest rate on our mortgage and in the long run (30 years) saved a ton of money!

We built our a ADU on our property last year. I'm a carpenter that has been working in the industry for 20+ years. I feel Like I know a good company with quality work when I see one. Mann Plumbing came out and installed all lines and appliances with finishings. Amazing professional work! With friendly and responsive staff! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a reliable plumbing service

WOW! Rene and Carlos are INCREDIBLE! First they helped plumb my outdoor kitchen, then they put in the rough plumbing for my ADU, and then swapped out 2 toilets - SUPER QUICK! We contacted Mann Plumbing after having problems with our Navien Tankless Water Heater system and saw they were listed on the Navien website as ""Navien Service Specialist"" We explained we had lost our hot water the day before but our son-in-law, who is not a plumber, was able to get it working again and advised us we needed the unit flushed and serviced as soon as possible. The lady I spoke to took all our information and said she would have their Navien specialist contact us. After not receiving a response from him that day, I waited until the following day in the late afternoon to call back and again ask for help. I spoke to the same lady and she asked me to hold while she tried to find their specialist. A few moments later he came to the phone and spoke to my husband who explained what our son-in-law had said. The specialist asked how old our system was and was told it was 10 years old. He immediately advised it would have to be replaced, he wouldn't be able to get it to work. When my husband said it was actually working, he advised, since we were on his way home, he would be at our house in about an hour to see what needed to be done. That was two days ago and we have not heard from him or anyone else from their company. Evidently, buying a new system is worth their time, servicing it is not.
We would NOT recommend Mann Plumbing to anyone.

If you want the job done professionally, then Mann plumbing is the company to call. I have used them for several projects. They review and bid the job. In addition they let you know if something is going to be a problem upfront. I always ask for Rick to do the plumbing as he is really knowledgeable and also very thorough in understanding what you want to get accomplished. I always find the best people to work with are people who look for all the things that may be an issue that you can't even see. Never any surprises with these guys only expectations exceeded.

Driver is a real jerk. License plate 6x29182 white Ford F-150. Cut me off getting into Burger King drive through in Encinitas. Oct 12, 2020 around noon. He knew I was waiting to let cross traffic go by but just decided to turn right in front of me. I'm sure this idiot is really courteous to your customers.
