WOW! Rene and Carlos are INCREDIBLE! First they helped plumb my outdoor kitchen, then they put in the rough plumbing for my ADU, and then swapped out 2 toilets - SUPER QUICK! We contacted Mann Plumbing after having problems with our Navien Tankless Water Heater system and saw they were listed on the Navien website as ""Navien Service Specialist"" We explained we had lost our hot water the day before but our son-in-law, who is not a plumber, was able to get it working again and advised us we needed the unit flushed and serviced as soon as possible. The lady I spoke to took all our information and said she would have their Navien specialist contact us. After not receiving a response from him that day, I waited until the following day in the late afternoon to call back and again ask for help. I spoke to the same lady and she asked me to hold while she tried to find their specialist. A few moments later he came to the phone and spoke to my husband who explained what our son-in-law had said. The specialist asked how old our system was and was told it was 10 years old. He immediately advised it would have to be replaced, he wouldn't be able to get it to work. When my husband said it was actually working, he advised, since we were on his way home, he would be at our house in about an hour to see what needed to be done. That was two days ago and we have not heard from him or anyone else from their company. Evidently, buying a new system is worth their time, servicing it is not.
We would NOT recommend Mann Plumbing to anyone.

If you want the job done professionally, then Mann plumbing is the company to call. I have used them for several projects. They review and bid the job. In addition they let you know if something is going to be a problem upfront. I always ask for Rick to do the plumbing as he is really knowledgeable and also very thorough in understanding what you want to get accomplished. I always find the best people to work with are people who look for all the things that may be an issue that you can't even see. Never any surprises with these guys only expectations exceeded.

Driver is a real jerk. License plate 6x29182 white Ford F-150. Cut me off getting into Burger King drive through in Encinitas. Oct 12, 2020 around noon. He knew I was waiting to let cross traffic go by but just decided to turn right in front of me. I'm sure this idiot is really courteous to your customers. BTW I'm making sure to post this all over social media and yelp.

We were in the middle of a major project when our contractor said he could not start the concrete stamping until tree roots in our drains on the concrete stamping were removed. Had the shower faucet cartridge replaced last August. Started dripping again and I called Jennifer to discuss any warranty info. Long story short, Richard was at the door about an hour later, replaced the cartridge, problem solved. Having been a former contractor I am very sensitive about customer service and Mann delivered beyond my expectation. Perhaps I was lucky that they had an immediate window for me in their schedule, but nonetheless, they were prompt, efficient and personable. Feel comfortable making a call to them.

I had a backed up sink in our brand new kitchen. I contacted Mann Plumbing about 6:30 pm and within 40 minutes their technician was at our door ready to start working. He took the time to thoroughly explain what he was going to be doing and why. He laid plastic sheeting everywhere he was working and completed the job. The area he worked in was spotless. It was a positive end to what was a bad situation. I highly recommend using this company.
