Same luck as Pamela making contact. I finally DID make contact with the owner of the company. I informed him that some work they had done for me in the past was leaking...in my bathroom. He said he was vacationing. What? No service crew available? He told me he would make it right! It has now been 5 days and I have not heard back! Shoddy work to begin with, and no service after the sale. Owners arrogance is through the roof! I would not recommend this company to even connect a garden hose! I will never use him again! Also, he said he didn't care about ratings. I do!

I called this company to get a new water tap and new meter and some water lines run. It was VERY difficult to get them on the phone and when I finally did, they promised to come out and give me an estimate. Never saw them! Called again and the person answering the phone said they would have them call me back. Never heard back from them! I guess they don't need work and know nothing about customer service.
