The plumber that came out told me that a missing clip on my faucet could not be replaced and that I would have to purchase an entire new faucet, Got a second opinion and was able to get the sink repaired without replacing the entire faucet.

Called Mango Plumbing to come out and quote moving our washer and dryer to the basement, which requires gas line and water line work. We waited 2 weeks from them to come out and quote since it wasn't urgent. A guy came and looked around and said he would call with a quote the next day. Unfortunately after calling them for 3 days they finally called and said since they are so busy they are not interested in doing our work. Very unprofessional on their end as well as unresponsive. Will not call again in the future.

If I could have given zero I would have. They came to my mom's house cut a huge hole in the wall and didn't find the leak. They took her $65.00 bucks though for a service call. She is struggling to pay her regular bills so to come out additional funds for a job not even diagnosed is a hit for her mentally and financially. So if I could give anyone a warning it would be to stay away. Thanks Mango Plumbing for nothing.

After coming to my home to get an estimate, I was told they would give me an estimate in four days. That seemed strange to me but I said ok. That was about a month ago. Still haven't heard from them. It's sad how workers aren't what the used to be. Today, they are unreliable!

I needed my Moen faucet in the bathroom repaired because of constant dripping. I called Mango Plumbing and a plumber named Russ came out the same day and fixed the faucet. He was courteous and the price was right. I will continue to call Mango if I have future plumbing issues.

Cannot recommend them. I had them do some work at my mother's house. Unprofessional. The quality was poor. They didn't follow through with promised correction. I'm going to have to hire a different plumber to straighten it out.

I would not recommend, based purely on professionalism. Our drain had been backing up so we called to have them take a look at it and install a clean out in case we ever had an issue again. They snaked it the first day they came out, and were going to be back to install the cleanout the next week. He gave us a written quote for $350-$400 to install the cleanout, barring any complications. Later that day, the drain was backing up in the sink, so we called them back and without even knowing who I was or what my address was he told me the plumber that had been over couldn't come back today because he was working on the other side of town. Oh really? That's crazy that you know that without knowing where I am.

When the plumber came back to install the cleanout, all went well and we were fine with the work, which is why I added a star. However, the bill came to $500. The complication was that the pipe was difficult to cut through? I'm sorry, you're a plumber by profession, and you looked at the pipe (which is just a standard size and material, mind you) before quoting. There should've been no ""unexpected complication"" there, unless you have no idea what you're doing. It was an excuse to upcharge us because we weren't in a position to decline the service.

Call someone else, they're not worth the surprise bill at the end.

I've had Mango handle all my plumbing needs for about 10 years now (in my house now my condo). The company is very responsive and reliable. I don't bother with competitive quotes because I know I will get a fair price and excellent service. The plumbers, Frank and Russ, are experienced professionals who treat your house as if it were there own. Work I had done includes hot water heater, back-up sump pump, new piping for an outside spigot, laundry tub installation, bathroom fixtures, kitchen sink and fixtures.

I called Mango Plumbing to fix a leak in my bathroom faucet.
Thursday, their plumber Mike Jr left and somehow managed to discard my Moen faucet's ring shield, so the handle would fall down and the water would not stay on.
When I called about fixing it, Mango's responses were short and unfriendly, adding about what a great reputation they have. Finally, ""Mack"", another Mango plumber came out Saturday, only to confirm that the ring shield was missing - faucet still not fixed or operable. Now it's Wednesday - they told me it would take two weeks to order the part. I went online and overnighted the part myself! ($39 for part and shipping).
Mango agreed to refund $59 for not fixing my sink.

2. They were unfriendly and did not return calls. The solution they offered was umtimely - who wants to go 2 more weeks without a bathroom faucet that they broke in the first place?!
