Absolutely top-notch service from Jon at Mangano plumbing! I was house sitting for a friend in palm coast this past weekend and had a plumbing issue with her toilet, I did not think I would be able to find a plumber on the holiday weekend but Jon at Mangano saved the day! He was competent and reliable and the service was reasonably priced. I highly recommend Mangano plumbing!

I called Mangano plumbing on a Tuesday for a broken toilet seal. on Wednesday they sent out Jon who is a absolute pleasure, he put down a new seal within minutes and I could not be any happier. Any other issues that may come up I certainly will call Mangano plumbing and request Jon.

A simple toilet replacement resulted in three separate visits by your company because the representative you sent to perform the job was an inexperienced, unsupervised, trainee who, on the initial toilet install, broke the flange to the toilet. As a result, we will not pay for the damage that occurred because of the incompetence of your employee and company. The toilet you replaced had many issues, but a broken flange was not one of them. The old toilet sat firmly secured to the floor prior to removal. The flange to that toilet was replaced a few years prior so was fairly new. Your inexperienced, unsupervised employee left the new toilet completely unsecured to the floor after his first attempt at an install. We could not even sit on the toilet. The screws were not covered with white caps and they came right out of the hole/floor. If your employee was even remotely qualified, he would have told us that day that the flange was broke, but he didn't, because HE broke it. We were shocked that your employee left the toilet in that condition. It was a danger to us and a huge liability for your company. Unfortunately, our experience with Mangano Plumbing was a nightmare and we will never utilize your company again. Sincerely, Marion and Irene Mayer

When I looked for a plumber to come out, I figured I would give this newly formed 2023 business a shot. All I needed was a replacement of the overflow valve. I was shocked at the price of $615! The technician assured me that the part itself was over $200! After the work was done, he told me it was $695! He said """"I have bad handwriting... the 1 is really a 9"""" He then added to the 1 making it look like a 9 after the fact! I took a picture of the package and part he installed after he left and saw that you could buy the exact part for 20 to 22 dollars! The exact same part! I feel taken advantage of. I am very unhappy with what I feel is an excessive charge!

The boiler under the kitchen sink failed, and when the fittings didn't seem to be standard, we called Mangano Plumbing since they had a plumbing ad in the latest issue of Palm Coast magazine. Mangano sent a licensed plumber, Brian Hand, who arrived early. The plumbing turned out to be a cobble-job which required considerable thought and effort to restore. Brian handled it with aplomb. We were forced to call him back a few months later for a backyard job when the city called us about a significant leak. If we'd waited for Brian, the back yard wouldn't look like World World I trench warfare. Brian found the cause, put it to right and we're back in business. Jon at Mangano Plumbing does quality work and was very professional. We needed French Drains installed in our yard to prevent flooding. Jon came out the day we called him to take a look at the job. Within a couple of days we received a quote, approved the work to be done and it was completed in two weeks. He kept us informed on when the parts would be delivered, when the property would be checked for underground electrical lines, water lines and sprinkler lines and when he would be here to start the work. We found that very refreshing and would definitely recommend Mangano Plumbing!
