When I contacted Mandan Plumbing I checked if there was a senior discount, I was assured there was, and that it would cost between $300-$500 for a new toilet depending if they had to do anything extra. We got the toilet and seemed to be installed fine, but when I received the invoice it was more than $500 and I did not see any senior discount that was noted on the invoice, so I called the business, the person I spoke with was male, the same one who gave me the quote, told me he would give me 5% off if I paid the invoice today (the same day I spoke with him), I thought it would be at least a 10% discount. I asked if they were open over the noon hour, he said no... who gives a discount and says it's good for one day only, especially to a senior couple who struggles with money anyways! so for customer service alone, misleading about the discount and not having someone available at their office over the noon hour... they only get one star.

TERRIBLE! Called and asked for a price quote to come out to extend the toilet pipe and install a toilet. Said over the phone that it would cost $100 to $150 per toilet. Guy came out and took a look and then DOUBLED the price to $300 per toilet WTF! HELL NO! Find someone else to fleece!!!

I had Mandan Plumbing and Heating rough in a bathroom for me. For the 16.5 man hours worked, I was billed for 38.75 hours plus trip charges. Totaling $3280 in labor and trip charges.
Don't let these guys on your property unless you have a solid contract. I made the mistake of trusting that they were going to be honest. Now I have a $4101 bill for roughing in a bathroom. $821 for materials $3280 labor.
