Extremely rude no manners. Expensive and only was here 15 minutes! Wanted payment before leaving which was fine but did not provide invoice? Quite a surprise to receive this kind of service?

Terrible company to use. I was spoken to VERY inappropriately, to the point in fact that it could be taken as sexual harassment. On top of that, my business has found that they lie about the actual issue at hand and don't fully fix the problem. What we've experienced has been the employee telling our business one thing but then telling our corporate office another. In addition to that they used pictures of a different bathroom to send in and pass off as our businesses facilities as proof of the supposed problem we had with our plumbing. I would NOT recommend this company unless of course you want to keep having chronic issues.
