I live in an older home, built in 1984. Jesse and Scott came out and replaced the cutoff valves and two outside faucets. The replaced each item in a professional manor and they did an OUTSTANDING job. I see why the company has 5 STAR rating. I would give them a higher rating if possible. I will never use another company (they have a far lower rating) that I used in the past.

My shower stopped working at about 8am Saturday morning - couldn't turn the hot water faucet off at all, the knob was just frozen. I called another company at 815 who told me someone would be there in two hours. When I called at 11, they said someone would be out in about two hours. And that's what they told me again at 1. You get the picture. On Monday, I called Manatee Plumbing at 815, and someone was at my house by 9 and fixed the issue by 930. Very friendly and fast. They will be my go to for any plumbing issues! The first crew came right on time and quickly fixed our bothersome outdoor faucet. They analyzed what our water heater needed to stop the leak. Another crew came bright and early on Monday. They started to work in good time. So what can I say about the repair - at least it doesn't leak anymore.

I've used them twice. Once in 2019 and again recently. I had a new refrigerator installed and Lowe's delivery crew broke my copper water line. I called them the next morning (a day after a holiday) and they were there within a few hours and fixed it. Jesse was great. I would highly recommend them. Sadly they don't do after hour emergency calls so I hope all my problems occur during normal business hours.

So, it's hard to explain but I'll try. I was visiting a friend in Crystal River and in the middle of the night, I broke their toilet. I called several plumbers at 5:30 in the morning. At 8am, Mannatee called, sent a plumber with a toilet and before 9:30, they had a new toilet. Almost like it never happened. Great service and the plumbers were good guys. Two thumbs up.

If you're a Citrus County resident and in need of plumbing work, you really need to call Manatee Plumbing. We've used Manatee Plumbing for both new construction work and existing repairs. Most recently, we called Lester and Don to take a look at our old water heater, which had a slow leak. They showed up all smiles, bright and early a day later with a new water heater. Their craftsmanship is genuine; they work hard and do things right. Installation of the new heater was done in an hour. After a swift clean-up, they kindly took the time explain the settings of the new unit, making sure we knew how to change the temperature if needed. They even took care of hauling the old heater away. Folks, you won't find a better plumbing service anywhere in Citrus County. You are doing yourself a disservice and wasting money if you're not using Manatee Plumbing. Lester, Don, and the rest of the crew are truly top-notch. We are incredibly thankful for the work they've done for us.
