Had them put in a garbage disposal. Was told $168 flat rate. installer came and was told it would be $168 plus $99 hour. He called boss and took $99 off but would have to pay parts if any. The installer was putting disposal in and saw he needed a part( flex tube). Didn't have on truck so ran to store Then he didn't have plumbers putty either so made another trip to store. ( what plumber doesn't have that knowing putting in disposal.). Final cost was $296.95. I know those parts didn't cost over $10. Texted and got excuses about the surcharge for trips and parts. We are very dissatisfied and urge anyone looking to hire them DONT.

Wanted $50 just to come out and give me an estimate to move a vent pipe. No thanks! Maybe drop the $50 estimate fee and you will get more jobs.

The kitchen faucet lost water, and I immediately contacted with them. In the next day at 8 on time, and they fixed the problem. I also wanted to have them check my girl's clogged faucets in their bathroom. It was just to get rid of a tons of hair, and residue , but they pointed out right away, and gave us a solution.
Right after they left, the other electric problem and heated water issue happened, but they also returned in a week, and fixed them.
Thank you so much, and we'd like to use them next time when we need help!

No show after two attempts... should have just gone with someone else that would have shown up.

Replying to the comment.. no one showed up to the house or called. We have cell phones that work and we're at the house for 5 hours waiting and waiting and waiting.

Don't worry, we won't need you, we have someone actually working on the plumbing issue that bothered to show up to the appointment and not lie about not being there.
