Absolutely incredible experience with Maloney. After working for over 6 weeks with another plumbing company who made little to no progress and who had quoted us thousands upon thousands of dollars, Maloney came out within an hour of calling them for a consultation. They were able to snake the drain and run a camera to tell us that our pipe had NOT collapsed as the other plumbing company had told us, and fixed the issue within a ridiculously quick time frame. They not only communicated every step of the way, they were highly detailed, professional, clean, friendly and efficient. It may seem dramatic, but I cried when they shared that they were able to fix the problem without having to dig into our slab and tear through our flooring as the other company shared they would have to do. I will recommend Maloney to anyone who has plumbing needs. Also: The owner of the company personally spoke with us when we called... to have that level of investment in your company and to provide the quality of service they did is impressive to say the least. I am so so so so glad that we called them for a consult. Now, onto the negative Yelp review I need to write about the OTHER company who could absolutely learn a thing or two from Maloney.

I have used Maloney Plumbing for 4 years and highly recommend them. They were able to diagnose and fix a complicated plumbing problem that 2 previous plumbing companies had not been able to diagnose. They have helped us out on 2 other occasions. Last week, they were able to get a plumber out quickly to fix an emergency pipe burst. The plumbers

have all been very knowledgeable and courteous, They arrive in the given time frame, call to let us know they are on the way, take time to explain the problem and repair options and leave the work area nicely cleaned up.

We are moving into an older home soon and I had Maloney Plumbing come out and do a plumbing inspection to make sure everything was up to par for the move during the inspection period. Absolutely FIVE stars for service, quality, and expertise. Last week, on New Year's Eve, my hot water heater caught on fire and then died. After a freezing cold shower, I called Maloney plumbing at 8:00 a.m. with the emergency. By the time I returned home from work, a new one had been installed with all the instructions clearly labeled. I left the garage door opener for the plumber and he left the garage space cleaner than it was when I left. All of this on New Year's Eve, when most businesses were closed or closed early. We have used Maloney Plumbing for decades and would not trust anyone else. Do not hesitate to use them for all of your plumbing needs!

Thank you Maloney Plumbing. Our main water line sprung a leak under our driveway. Maloney Plumbing was able to come out that day to make the much needed and complicated repairs. It took 2 days but they never left us waterless. They dealt with the city and other utilities need to make the dig, repaired the landscaping they had to disrupt and cleaned up the yard. Everyone is super friendly and very hard working. They will be the first I call the next time we need a plumber.

Maloney plumbers have been to our home twice in the last 2 years, but this is my first Yelp post regarding those services. Both of our plumbing problems were water leaks and neither were urgent but they required prompt attention. I won't detail the plumbing problems we had, but rather I want to describe the service we received. We placed a call and received courteous attention from a very friendly associate. I felt like they wanted to serve us as soon as possible and that put me at ease. In each case we had a plumber at our home within 15 hours. They sent us a text in advance regarding their arrival. In one of the visits we could not be home and we received a detailed description of the issue, including pictures of the problem discovered. They told us the cost, which was very reasonable in both instances, and they completed the repair that day, within hours. For the repair where I was home, I was impressed with the professionalism and care the plumber demonstrated in his craft and his interactions with me. I watched him complete the repair. He answered all my questions and had a great personality.

My parents owned a business in a small town when I was a kid and my dad was all about taking care of his customers. He knew the value of service to someone that was in need of his help. Maloney Plumbing is a family owned business that cares. They have been in business for 70+? years and how they treated me reminded me of how my dad served his customers. This company/family has an impressive history in the valley. I know many families that have used them with great success. Don't hesitate to call them. I won't call anyone else. Ask for Kitty - she is the founders daughter and she will ensure you are satisfied.

You've got to admire a family owned and operated business. Zane, the plumbing tech, arrived at my home (on time) and repaired my bathroom plumbing leak. He had the parts available on his service vehicle and was in and out of my home in 30 minutes. The owner of the company called two hours later to make sure my plumbing issues were repaired. Bravo!!!

Living in San Diego, CA I was fortunate to find a company like Maloney Plumbing to service my aging Mother's home. They have now been out for three jobs and I am most pleased with them. Their response times, quality, pricing, and integrity are outstanding. My Mother had called the popular name brand plumber and they quoted $500 more than Maloney to replace a small water heater in her home. I would not hesitste to recommend them.

This is one of those businesses I wish I could give more than 5 stars to... I've used them a couple times now and can't say enough good things... First of all it's a family owned, high integrity business. Their pricing is affordable, plumbers were punctual and respectful and pretty clean cut guys. Give these guys a shot for all your plumbing needs, you won't be disappointed.
