The first time I called, someone picked up the phone. The person I spoke with was super nice and extremely helpful. I was able to have someone come the same day. I received several updates on his arrival time. Randy was on time, friendly, informative and thorough. He went above and beyond. I highly recommend them. Great job all around.

I've been a customer of W.J.Maloneys Plumbing for at least 8-10 yrs. I had called them for a recent problem I had. It was so hard to find the source of the problem, but Kerwin never gave up. He was determined to find out where my plumbing problem was. His helper, Mike did a lot of the muscle work and I didn't hear him complain one bit. He is a nice young man that is willing to learn. Even if it's to dig a hole. :) I won't mention the price, which I don't think was too high considering all the work that these two did. But I would definitely recommend this company and these two plumbers to anyone having a plumbing problem.

I had a backed up toilet. Called and scheduled an appointment and the plumber showed up right on time. However, he immediately had me sign a contract for the $49 arrival fee. He continued to tell me I had to pay $160.00 on top of that to try and snake the toilet. No guarantees. I didn't agree with having to pay the $49 fee on top of the service fee, so they did waive that for me. He came back to me and said that he can't figure out why the toilet won't flush and will have to charge me an additional fee of $309.00 to pull the toilet up and hope he can find the problem.. No guarantees. I don't think this guy had a clue what he was doing and I was getting scammed. At the end, they didn't charge me anything, and he walked away from the situation. I am glad that he made that decision. I called another company ""The Sunny Plumber"" and they came right out, put a snake down the sink and cleared the toilet and charged me $250

I was hired and then fired all in less than one month. They have a plumber that is rude to his fellow employees. He would leave his shift without notifying the dispatchers. I spoke up (really only told him when he was wrong in a professional way) and he had the owner fire me. The owner is scared of him.

Once again, these guys saved the day for me. Was out of town and came home to water pouring out of my meter box in my driveway. They came out immediately, stopped the leak, managed to hook up water to my home for a couple days until they could come out and put in a new copper water line for me. (Another company came out, looked, and left. Never offered to hook up water for me.) Maloney managed to replace water line without tearing up my cement driveway. This company has very skilled plumbers. I would never use anyone else.

Kitchen Sink had a regulator that was sticking. They sent 2 people out to diagnose and fix for $190. I am a little concerned with the technician Randy, I think he was trying to work a side deal. Felt shady! At least the job got done and my hot water is circulating again.

We've had 2 fairly substantial projects, one that ended up over $700 for a shower leak, and then $1500 for a softening system. They are honest and the quality of work exceptional. What put us over the top was during both projects, the plumbers treated my wife so respectfully that she felt completely at ease dealing with the plumbers. K insists this is a huge plus for women in making a decision. For me, quality of work is key, particularly in plumbing. The slightest leak can end up costing hundreds/thousands. From the moment they walk in you know you are dealing with skilled professionals. Hard to beat that.

Tried to use these guys twice for the same job. The first time, the guy never showed up at all. I waited a few weeks (non emergency) and tried to get them for the same job. So I booked again... and I'll be danged if they didn't show up again. They called a full hour AFTER the time range they had scheduled for and said they were ready to send someone over. I told them not to bother.They offered to give me a discount, but discounting doesn't work if nobody shows up and I'd already tried twice. I won't use them ever again. This was completely ridiculous.
