Jason B.We've used Malone Plumbing And Heating for many years now, and are always quick to come out if there's a problem.
Always been able to fix the issues and address Any concerns .
Word of advice, though, if you can avoid emergency calls late in the evening, please do. That dude is grumpy.
Andrea B.Crooks with a license...Hire anybody but Malone plumbing....this company will pad the bill on you. I showed Malone's invoice to another's plumber and he confirmed the bill was at least $250.00 hire than it should have been.
Valdene M.These guys were refreshing. They were honest about prices up front and their estimate was spot on with the final cost of the project. I needed a new faucet installed in an existing pedestal sink and they did seamless and professional work; this included physically removing the sink, removing old faucet, installing new, and resealing. Top quality work.
We have used Malone for a couple of small jobs, and they've worked out well for us. What is notable is they've been able to send someone out usually same day, even for non-emergencies. Many tradesmen, you're lucky if you can get them to return an initial phone call the same week. Work appears to be done well and we've appreciated that they've tried to make unavoidable cuts to walls/ceilings as small and easy to patch as possible. My sense is they are on the expensive side so if we had a large project I'd shop around. But for small stuff avoiding delays and no shows has been nice.
SANDRA M.The coldest day of the year! I called 57 plumbers I had no heat no one called me back. I resorted to Craig's list and an idiot came out took my 450.00 never to be seen again. Still no heat started the hunt again, I got a hold of Jim at Malone Plumbing and was crying so much he asked the owner to call me. The owner called, came out to my house and repaired my boiler. It was like an angel appeared. He was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Took the time to explain everything to me, and did not try and upsell me at all (maybe because I was balling my eyes out LOL). i HAD a regular plumber since I own a three-family house and he never even called me back. Malone is my new plumber and I could not be happier. If you need a plumber call Malone you will not be dissappointed
Malone Plumbing was hired by our next door neighbor. They parked in front of our house and going back and forth to their truck through the day, they saved themselves about ten steps per trip by cutting through my daughter's garden and crushing whatever was there.
Do the world a favor: hire other people.
Alex K.It has been 8 years since I have had to call a plumber and when my tenant complain of leaking kitchen sink I referred to Angie's list. Malone plumbing had a very good rating so I gave them a call and left a message. Mr. Malone called me back the next day and spent time with me discussing my situation and made suggestions as to what could be done efficiently and economically. I made an appointment for a few days later at 8:00 am and at 8:00 am john and Justin showed up. The were very nice, professional , knowledgable and discussed additional work that should be done. I didn't feel pressured to do the work, in fact they gave me advice on how to complete the work in stages. Since I haven't worked with other plumbers in a while, I can't comment on Malone's pricing. But when making the appointment, the pricing structure was clearly described and the final bill was no surprise. I would recommend Malone plumbing to anyone and will continue to use them for plumbing and heating.
Mark R.I bought my house at the beginning of September and Malone has been here 4 times. Twice to give estimates for a laundry list of issues I needed addressed and twice to address the issues. Each time they have been timely, professional, courteous, and tidy. They're probably not the cheapest around, but you get what you pay for. They honour their estimates and they do what they promise, and they offer suggestions for economical solutions to problems rather than simply charging ahead at full steam (and full price!). Each time they identified problems and addressed them and uncovered unforeseen problems and handled them with aplomb. On this last visit they sorted through a rats nest of wiring that had been installed on and around my boiler and came up with a solution that won't break the bank. They're coming back to address that. I give particular kudos to Eric - he's personable, honest, knowledgeable, and creative. Plumbing/heating issues can be a huge headache, but Malone seems to make them seem a minor inconvenience.
