Thieves plain and simple.Called to do two showers and a bathroom sink. All of which had yo be redone by another plumber the next week because mallory suddenly stopped taking or returning phone calls or any form of communication and believe me I found every way to contact them possible.

Beware! They left holes in the walls, trash laying around everywhere, put in a new pipe through the roof with a hole and no cap on the top- I can see outside from the closet. Plumbing wasnt even complete. Spray foam was everywhere. Do not use. They were able to start the work fast and now I know why. I would never recommend. Save your money and time.

Don't really know what to say. This is horrible company. They messed everything up. They hired most of employees don't know how to do plumbing . Sad now my business like a big mess

First off, a 5 star review from your fiancé Kristi Robb on YP shouldn't count as feedback. Second of all, we are still dealing with the financial and emotional toll wrought by Mr Mallory and his band of unprofessional employee's. Mr. Mallory was referred to us by UBuild It Tulsa as one of their preferred Vendors. Based on this, we thought we could trust him at his word. It starts off with being asked for draws to cover upcoming materials costs and labor. Then next comes the questionable work which begins to raise even the layman's eyebrows. After that comes no show, after no show, and no returned calls. Then when you ask for an accounting of missing parts, after paying an advance of $5000 for HVAC materials and $6000 of plumbing/labor materials......he becomes belligerent, verbally abusive, and threatening. This man came to my house with invoices for labor on days I KNOW they were not here because I was...and then he and another of his employees held my paid for alibi wrong condenser unit hostage unless I give him another $3000 whilst threatening me with a mechanics lien and cussing me. Now as it stands we have had to hire another HVAC professional and Plumber both of whom are horrified at the work that was completed (not completed). We have exposed sewage pipes, no vents, none of the pipes were glued, elbows upside down, pipes that don't meet code. 5 gallons of test water came crashing through the ceiling from upstairs, a gutted furnace, incorrect condenser unit, uncompleted ductwork, no thermostats, and the list just keep going. This is now costing $6k over the already $11k plus $3k of extortion money Robert Mallory took from us. This man is still working on projects with UBI I believe which absolutely terrifies me!!! CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!
