Avoid. I called on a Friday morning - receptionist couldn't get off the phone fast enough, and all she wanted was my phone number even though I was ready to explain the problem I was having with my furnace (and couldn't fix myself). I'm not sure why she wanted my number so badly though, because it's now Tuesday and I have a 5 month old baby and no heat... guess that's what I get for trying to stay local. Very disappointed. Not recommended. Good thing it's not winter, eh?
