Did not know what they were doing. Charged $250 to replace the entire inside of the toilet then told me that the real problem was that I needed to clean out the drain line leading to the toilet for another $250 and then told me that the problem was that I needed a new toilet, which they tried to sell me, and that the toilet (with the new $250 parts) would need to be thrown away. $500 in total charges down the drain. I had to call a real plumber to do the work.
Terrible experience.
