Technician, Jesse, returned call within ten minutes (on a weekend afternoon) and was at house in less than half-hour. Checked unit inside and outside. Turned out to be defective thermostat which he replaced. Jesse was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Had problem solved and fixed in about 20 minutes. Very satisfied customer!
