Had an appointment set with Maldonado Plumbing based on a recommendation from a friend. Not only did they not show at the agreed upon date and time, they didn't respond to my inquiries via phone and text as to why they didn't show. Just a huge waste of time. Zero stars. Horrible communication. Rude. Would NEVER RECOMMEND.

I can't say enough great things about Maldonado & Sons. We had some issues is our building and they came out immediately and were able to diagnose and get a plan to resolve the issue immediately. They even came at night to talk with our neighbor who is in her 80s and was extremely nervous about what was happening. They got the parts and showed up early the next day and it all repaired quickly, professionally with no outrageous costs. They are very kind but most of all very knowledgeable, professional and honest. I recommend them highly and since I am very involved with our small HOA I feel that they were a great choice.

On Thanksgiving day, we discovered a leak in our garage. Luckily, it was a slow leak. Luis replied to my message right away even though it was a holiday! He was able to help us as his first appointment the next day. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He fixed the problem right away. So thankful for his help and expertise.

Maldonado & Sons Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend of a friend. Luis got back to me right away with an estimate to replace a leaky faucet in one of the bathrooms at my commercial building in San Clemente. He was prompt, dependable and did quality work at a good price. I will contact Luis for any plumbing issues in the future.

I highly recommend Luis Maldonado. I recently had two ""emergency"" plumbing challenges. Fortunately I had saved an online recommendation and gave Luis a call. Even though it was after normal business hours, in both situations he was at my home within a couple of hours and clearly knew how to handle even the most difficult plumbing problems. Trying to find parts and do repairs on plumbing that was installed many years ago really requires not only an expert Plumber, but someone who is creative and willing to do what it takes to get the job done - - including a trip to Lowe's. Kudos to Luis Maldonado at Maldonado & Sons Plumbing Company!
We had a slab leak on a hot water line. Luis found the leak, and ran PEX through existing line to solve the issue. He also replace an old pressure regulator and shut off valves. Luis was prompt, professional, and very fair priced! Highly recommend his services.
