I have dealt with Marks father for years and have had some contact and work done by Mark in the past. But this time was the clincher. We called about a leak in our toilet. It took until the next day for a return call. We explained the problem and was told I'll stop by after work. Which was 7:30pm too late in my opinion. He spent all of 15 minutes in our home, replaced a gasket and charged $100.00. It didn't work. We called the next morning at 7:30 left a message, and also told him we would buy the parts needed to fix the toilet. No communication whatsoever, no return call as to when or if he would come back to fix the toilet. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER HE IS UNRELIABLE, AND CHARGES WAY TOO MUCH FOR NOT FIXING THE PROBLEM. CHARGED US LEFT OUR HOME NO COMMUNICATION, TOOK OUR MONEY AND NOTHING. CALL AT YOUR OWN RISK

Mark is a fantastic plumber. He has done many jobs for me over the past several years. He does great work, is reliable and his prices are reasonable for the quality of work that he does. Many of my neighbors are now using him and are very pleased.

Mark did a great and professional job fixing our laundry room that the first contractor messed up severely, causing our pipes to freeze. Mark came up with a very effective and creative way to fix this problem which has not let us down yet. He also just renovated our bathroom and it turned out amazing, he was very quick and professional with everything. Overall Mark at Maldarelli Plumbing is a great plumber to use and I would highly recommend him and his work to anyone.

On December 01, 2017 we had unpleasant experience with this contractor. Mark, the owner of this business, agreed to do a plumbing job after I had explained the job and the process to obtain approval from my insurance company on the phone. Upon arrival at our home he was totally unprofessional and reneged to our verbal agreement. As soon as he entered the house expressed extreme shortage of time, refused to call my insurance company, telling in a very rude manner that whether I wanted to get the job done or not? He kept on repeating (at least 8 times) that he was doing a big favor to us by doing this 10-min job for which he charged handsome amount. I had to call my Insurance company twice on his behalf and finally he grudgingly talked to them for 1 min answering 2 questions. He was impolite and non-cooperative expressing his raw manners all the time. Even though he had an assistant with him but instead he used me to help him in his job. Very lazy, created mess in the work area that he did not clean before leaving the job site.

I would strongly discourage to hire this firm or person for any job as they are extremely unreliable, dishonest and cannot be trusted in keeping the agreement.
