If I could do 0 stars I would. Required to use them with AHS Home Warranty. What a joke. To start, they missed our first appointment. Then, I practically had to diagnose the problem to start. Then, they ""replaced"" our overflow gasket & pipe. Continued leaking, they came out 3 more times. Late to every single appointment, I might add. So, I finally brought in a second opinion...second opinion comes in and diagnoses the issue within 10 minutes. Turns out, this company NEVER EVEN REPLACED THE OVERFLOW GASKET NOR OVERFLOW PIPE. They only replaced the shoe pipe. A bunch of crooks. They just said they replaced the overflow components it for AHS approval & to get paid from the company. They also operate under another business name TJs Plumbing Supplies & Service LLC. Looks like they tried to run from their terrible reviews by changing the name of their company. Don't be fooled. Phone number & address are all still the same. Run from anything associated with this company. I also never post reviews and found it necessary to remember my Yelp password, log in, type this up and post it to warn everyone else about how terrible they are.
Malangone pluming is the worset company I have ever met. I would give them zero rating. They never picked up phone, never returned the phone. It took long time for the crew to come out. The technician are extremely rude. They could not fix the problems. They fabricated all kinds of execuses and problems to over-charge you. They never had tools parts for the work. they always cancle appointments. They came and charged you with nothing fixed! What a nightmare to deal with them! Stay away. It will save you money, save you time and save you anger.
We were forced to use this company through a home warranty program and had the worst possible experience. Long story short, we had two water heaters that went bad. They agreed to replace them on the first visit which was great. What wasn't great were the following two months without hot water. We called them. Frequently. The hold up seems to have been that the person who 'knows the file cabinet is out today'. Then they were on vacation. Then they had the flu. Apparently, no one else knew how to 'work the files'. I wish i was kidding.

They don't listen to request like calling 30 min before tech arrived; can't fix the problem; and office staff is the rude customer service people I've dealt with. Like other said, I think they're only in business because we're forced to use them with American Home Shield.
Randy R.THIS COMPANY IS THE FRICKEN WORST COMPANY! I think they only stay in business because of American Home Shield. I have yet to see a positive review from any customer on here or Google....but don't worry the owner gave himself a good review lol what a joke. I work in this field this company is the most unprofessional, rude, and loves to rip companies and its customers off. Sherry and the other office staff terrible people very rude and unprofessional. The Plumber yes the Plumber not an HVAC guy but a plumber that they sent out had no clue what was wrong with the 27 year old boiler almost missed the leaking heating coil and the failing expansion tank. He complained about how bad this company is. They canceled our appointment and rescheduled it for when it was convenient for them and if we didn't agree to their appointment we would have to wait over a week to have them come to our house. My wife and I told AHS to fire this company because they're going to lose a lot of business keeping them as a contractor. I will be reporting this to the BBB and the State of Ct.
The absolute worst! Took over 5 weeks to fix our problem. They charged us for something that was supposed to be covered and left a hose out of our washing machine which flooded our basement. But worst of all is the woman who answers the phone. Very unprofessional and downright rude. DO NOT use them!
Catherine R.This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are rude, unreliable and incompetent and don't return phone calls. They don't show up, they arbitrarily cancel appointments and they never have parts. I was forced to use them b/c I have a home warranty company who employs them. The first time I used them, they told me I had to wait ten days for a new hot water heater when mine was broken. This second time, they said that they had to order parts for a leak and when it took over a week and I called them, they said that I refused service and so they canceled the appointment without even telling me. Of course I didn't refuse service - why would I?? They are disgusting and the woman who answers the phone is the worst! Go to anyone but this company. I am canceling my home warranty b/c I refuse to do business with Malangone Plumbing ever again.
