My drain was backing up from my downstairs shower. Kaleo was able to fix the problem in less than 2 hours. Which included removing a toilet and pulling out roots from the drain. He was very reasonable and friendly. He was very trustworthy and I would refer him to other family members and friends. That night that I called Kaleo, he was going to come out at 11pm. I told him it could wait to the next day. He was very prompt.

Had a great experience with these guys, especially our plumber Kaleo! Was dealing with clogged kitchen pipe since last night and they came first thing this morning to take care of the issue. What seemed like a simple clog ended up being a 2.5hr job. Very grateful for kaleo's patience and tenacity at getting the issue resolved. He helped fix the leak under the sink as well. Very grateful. Good service, great response time and very reasonable price. Will definitely use again if an issue arrises in the future.

We had a stubborn drain clog. When I called our regular plumber and he turned out to be off-Island, he referred us to Nelson. I called him and someone was here in less than 30 minutes! The young man was fast, pleasant and effective. He cleaned up after his job. I have used some ""big name"" plumbers for this same problem in the past and have paid more than $200 for the same simple service. Nelson's charge was $70.00! Great!
