Mako was awesome getting our plumbing replaced, pumped out our crawlspace, super friendly and communicative during the whole process. If I need plumbing help again, I will be a return customer.

I reached out to many people both through Thumbtack and Yelp. I needed someone to snake my kitchen sink. Mako was responsive, had availability within 24 hours and was the most competitive quote I received. That was all before Jimmy even arrived.

Jimmy was very kind and went above and beyond. After fixing my sink, he offered advice about how to avoid this happening again (no coffee down the sink...) and then after that he went into my crawl space to check the piping and make sure there were no other issues. All for the same original price he quoted me. Seriously above and beyond! Looking forward to consulting him and his brother about some house projects I have my heart set on. could not recommend Jimmy more!!

I called Jimmy this morning with a clogged drain and sewer backup. He quoted a very fair price, and was able to be at my house this afternoon. Cleaned out the drain, fully explained what he did and what caused the clog, and gave recommendations for future prevention. Did not attempt to do any unnecessary work or otherwise ""up-charge"" for anything other than the original estimate. I will definitely use Jimmy again if we have any plumbing issues and I recommend him to anyone without reservation.
