These brothers are so amazing! Not only did they have a very reasonable service for replacing our pipes 2 months ago, they just came out and worked for 2 days FOR FREE to prove that the county messed up our plumbing after the county worked in the street connecting to our clean out from the main sewer line.
Hands down I'll never ever get any work done without talking to this crew first, they're super nice and do great work that they stand behind with genuine pride. These guys were great advocates to the county on our behalf as well and stayed to ensure they spoke to the site supervisor so the work that's going to get done is done correctly by the county this time around. I'd give them 10 stars with cherries on top if I could.

Water Heater installation excellent service and price.

I called and emailed more than 6 plumbing companies trying to get at least three estimates for my elderly mother's water heater to be replaced as soon as possible.

Chris from Mako called to schedule a time for his brother Jimmy to come out the next day. Mako was one of only four companies that scheduled to come out and view the location to prepare a precise estimate. Not only was Mako one of three bids received from the 4 companies that came out, they were the lowest out of six estimates received(two via phone). Jimmy was also then able to come out the very next morning and install a new water heater for my mother.

Overall Chris and Jimmy had the most personable and best customer service from beginning to end of all six plumbing companies that replied.

This Company is 10 stars!!!! They responded quickly to my request and provided a solid estimate. The estimate was THOUSANDS less than other quotes. They scheduled to come out in a timely manner and they showed up on time. They were in communication with me prior and the day of the appointment which was wonderful. They completed the job quickly and properly and the estimate was accurate, no hidden fees. Very professional, helpful and nice.

They are worth every dollar they charged. They were reasonably priced and I was more than happy to pay them what they charged.

Very happy with the service provided by Mako. We called when we noticed a sewage smell coming through our HVAC following a heavy rain. Turns out we had grey water under the house and all of our piping was rusted out and needed replacing. I really appreciated the time they took to crawl under the house and fully evaluate everything so they could give us an accurate quote for the work that needed done. No one wants to deliver news of a costly repair job (especially a few days before Christmas) but they did so with tact and understanding. I also love that this is a family business with brothers and father and son working together. They were great with my inquisitive kids and patient with my nervous dog. Communication was also great; I really appreciated being able to communicate via text. I definitely recommend Mako for your plumbing needs.

I needed a quick turnaround for a gas line to be moved and when I asked for some additional work to be done, they took the extra time to measure and explain each aspect of the repair. During the quote they were the only contractors to actually look under the house and inspect what actually needed to be done.

Chris and jimmy were extremely responsive and were willing to fit into our tight remodel schedule.

Any issues or questions were communicated clearly while they worked and they were also able to help connect me with other respectable contractors to help get our drywall replaced quickly.

These guys are truly one of a kind and I will definitely reach out to them for future work.
