I had a non-emergency with my tankless water heater, and yet they sent someone out right away. 1 cold shower later, Jesus was at my door. He found and fixed the problem quickly. The phone intake person was very polite, as was Jesus. They kept in close contact via phone and text, informing me of the service details. I'd recommend this plumbing company to others, and will call them back for other projects as well.

Make it Right was hired to find a gas that SoCal gas and Southland Heating and Air could not find. It took Jesus about an hour and he found the gas leak about a foot from the meter itself. That's $550. That's not fixed - that's just found. An additional $1400 was needed to ""fix"" this problem. So $1950 for the solution. That seemed to be high to us. Your call. Bottom line - they found the leak which Southland Heating could not - or was not willing to do.

DO NOT USE. This company is a total fraud. The technician quoted my elderly mother for thousands of dollars in repairs that were not necessary for the problem we were experiencing. In fact, we were never provided an assessment of the problems on the ignition system of our water heater. A second plumbing company and the water heater manufacturer both informed me that the services Make It Right proposed would not solve the problem we were having.

I called the company to give them a chance to explain why we were quoted for these extraneous activities when they would not address the concern we reached out to them for. The same nonsense was repeated to me by a manager, so this wasn't just one rogue technician. This company's business model is to exploit unknowing homeowners.

I will be filing a complaint with the California Contractor's State License Board.

For anyone else being duped by this exploitative company, their California license number is 1003470.

We had a flooding under the house and sewer was backed up. We had to turn off the main water line. I found the company online and they came within 30mins and fixed the problem within 40mins.... BIG SAVER.... Would definitely recommend them hands down. Technician Eddie and assistant did the dam thing, besides my Father is older and couldn't get up under the house, so I had to get help ASAP! Thanks again Thanks a million

It was my first time using Make It Right's services. Called them yesterday at 6pm for an emergency since I'm getting my house appraised and were able to fit me in early in the morning. The guy I spoke to was super friendly. I wasn't here for the service but everything looked good. They called me to email me my receipt and the guy I spoke to was friendly as well. Received my receipt and it was like if I was here for the service. Everything they did was detailed in the receipt which I love. Thank you Make It Right.!

One of my units had no hot water. They scheduled an appointment for next day, and arrived at scheduled time. The plumber called me 5 minutes after arrival stating that there was an internal issue with my tankless, and if would be $7500 to replace, and $2500 if I just want to get my own and they do the labor.
I got a second opinion, to find out that the ONLY issue was that there was no power from the power outlet. It was a $30 repair.

These guys are awesome!! I've been dealing with a major headache of a plumbing issue. These guys came out and ended up being here most of the day. Covered as much of my kitchen, second story plumbing issues are messy. These guys tried their absolute best to keep it clean and cleaned up after themselves. I had quotes and options provided to me for everything I needed done and the issue was resolved
