We weren't happy with our previous plumber's inconsistent responsiveness, so I searched Nextdoor for recommendations in our neighborhood. David came highly recommended. He responded quickly to my phone call, came out three hours (!!!) later with exactly the replacement parts we needed, gave me a five-minute heads up before his arrival, worked quickly, precisely, and efficiently, and charged us what he quoted us. Bonus: he was friendly, cleaned up the workspace, and replaced a piece of existing PVC pipe that was the wrong length. Very excited to have a new plumber!

David is a great plumber! He is the most reasonable and fairest priced plumber I know. As a Realtor and landlord of 20 years, I have dealt with my share of plumbers. Had the pleasure of having Make It Drain (David) swap out my Water Heater after the first Arctic Blast of 2015 scared it into submission. David was LEGIT, was able to swap out the Water Heater and explained how it worked...by that I mean: this is the first Gas Water Heater I've ever owned, it is foreign to me how these things work. Nevertheless, I was given a quick 101 on them and the Water Heater was swapped out pretty quick! He was even able to do a quick side job on a running outdoor faucet for a really reasonable price. He owns his own business, so his schedule is pretty flexible, he will even call you the day before to concern and even makes great conversation. Highly recommend this guy!

Fast and courteous.
We had just moved in to a rental house and a few of the sink, tub, and shower drains were very slow to drain. David called ahead of time, showed up on time, was very courteous, cleared the drains, and got us 'back in business'.
Yay, we can finally use our shower! I have bookmarked Make It Drain for future plumbing issues or projects I may need. :)

Our toilet was leaking & after being put on the back burner for a month by another plumbing company recommended by the home warranty service, we got changed to David at Make it Drain.

David made us a priority & was able to work with our schedule. He came immediately the next day & fixed our toilet.

Unfortunately, another part of our toilet was still broken, so he had to come back. But again, scheduling was relatively easy & David did good work. Not sure how much was charged since we ran everything through our home warranty, but the work was good!

Our toilet is up & running & not leaking... woohoo! Thanks David!
