Very professional and fair. I called over 5 different plumbers before I came across Make it Drain, 3 of which I had come to the house and I had to ask to leave due to unprofessionalism and ridiculous prices. I even had one from AAA Auger tell me the price would be double what Make it Drain charged me and when I pushed back and inquired why they said the labor and that it would take well over an hour...guess how long it took Make it Drain? 1 hour 15 minutes INCLUDING a trip to lowes and back.

David from Make It Drain made a frustrating experience with my Home Warranty company so much smoother. He walked me through the process that my warranty claim would require and patiently worked with the warranty company to get my claim covered (he is a much more patient person than me). He came back to my house multiple times without complaint (as the warranty process is not a quick one) and ultimately replaced my toilet with a brand new one. Great guy - thanks, David!

If anyone has read my other reviews, you might know that I generally only like to talk about how great I am, but if I am going to take the time to review someone else, it is because they too, are great. David is great.

David is exactly what I want from a professional. He explained everything I needed explaining. He solved my problem fast. I was out a hot water heater and would have had to wait a week to get one but David figured out a way to get me one within the hour and install it. He did and I was able to take a hot shower!

We weren't happy with our previous plumber's inconsistent responsiveness, so I searched Nextdoor for recommendations in our neighborhood. David came highly recommended. He responded quickly to my phone call, came out three hours (!!!) later with exactly the replacement parts we needed, gave me a five-minute heads up before his arrival, worked quickly, precisely, and efficiently, and charged us what he quoted us. Bonus: he was friendly, cleaned up the workspace, and replaced a piece of existing PVC pipe that was the wrong length. Very excited to have a new plumber!
