We had slow draining issues in our house which became an emergency situation 3 days ago. Called several plumbers with no answer or response. Then I went to my NextDoor app and saw a recommendation for MakeItDrain. Called them and got a response that evening from Peter. He was able to come the next day. Decide to check Yelp reviews as well and was happy to see good responses. Peter and the guys assessed the situation, gave me my options, and dug a 6 foot trench to a broken sewer line. We were back up and running with a new section of pipe under the parkway and hydro jetting and sleeve from parkway to city line under the street. Peter worked with me to stay within our budget. Half my shower water was being diverted to the tub faucet, and my tub stopper had broken loose and wasn't working at all.

Peter came out and fixed the diverter and shower drain stopper. He did quick work and it fixed the problems. Both issues took less than two hours. He explained everything, did clean work and I would definitely use again.

My water pressure regulator gave out causing problems with my pipes and plumbing. Peter came out and assessed the problem quickly. Within an hour I had a new pressure regulator. He also fixed a leaky water filter (damaged from the water pressure) and he threw in a free camera inspection of my sewer line. I'm very happy with his work and would definitely use them again.

If you don't use Make it Drain as your main go to when it comes to plumbing issues, your just crazy!
I've used many plumbers in the area and they were either overpriced, unprofessional, or dirty and left big messes. With this company, everything goes as smoothly as your drain pipes will start to go! Wow! It's been a year now and no problems at all!!! We have a super old house with lots of issues, so I will continue to use this service.

Called them last night for an emergency I was having at my house. My kitchen was flooding and they came out quickly and fixed it (ended up being allot off build up in the drain) they were very professional and I will use them again if something else goes wrong.

Last Saturday we had a backup and needed a plumber. In the past we used those guys who advertise on the radio and use a voice actor as the owner. (Ask anyone who works for them why the owner doesnt do his own radio spots, its an interesting story) Anyway, my wife looked on yelp and Make it Drain came up. She called and spoke with Peter, he said he would be out between 12:30-1:30pm, sure enough, 12:35pm he rolls up. He assesses the situation and tries to snake the line, then uses the camera. After trying to unstop the blockage to no avail, he laid out our options. We opted for them to install a main line clean out and take care of the blockage from there. He told me his guys would be back between 8-8:30am, sure enough, 8:10am Armando and Eric show up. Armando kept me informed as they went along. After a few hours the clean out was installed and the blockage gone. Peter came back the next day to run the camera in both directions and finish the job.

Peter and his crew are extremely professional, honest, friendly and very reliable. I wouldnt hesitate recommending them to any of our friends and neighbors.
