Both Marc and Ean are very responsive, arrive on time, do clean, quality work and are incredibly kind and respectful. They helped me with a leaky toilet and installed a new faucet for me. Its hard to find this level of professionalism anymore and I'm happy to recommend their services. A+

We've called on Make it Drain a few times in the last several months and I just have to put this review up because they deserve to have anyone inquiring that you need not look any further. I've called them to both of my grandparents houses (faucet installation and then a main sewer line replacement) and recently my dads for a big leak under the house. They have always been very polite, showed on time and sometimes early, went straight to work, explained clearly what needed to be fixed and did an outstanding job. I'm convinced also that they genuinely love their work, hold customers in high regard and are very honest and even generous on their pricing.
I've had terrifying experiences before with other companies, especially with being way over priced, (actually completely ripped off) but we didn't know any better. Now we have their card on our fridge for life! Thanks again guys!

I came across Make It Drain on yelp and decided to give them a call based on other yelper's reviews. Their initial response time was very quick and I was able to get an appointment within days. Ean and Marc came and took a look at my leaky kitchen sink faucet, and said the faucet needed to be replaced. Once I picked out a new faucet, we scheduled another date for the actual work. They were very punctual of the appointment time and got the work done fairly promptly. A few days after the faucet replacement, I had some issues with the hot water and gave them a call again. They returned to my house and took a look at the issue. They found out that there were some debris stuck in the hot water supply and cleared it out for me for no additional cost.
Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the fair cost for their labor. Ean and Marc were also very helpful with any questions that I had. I would definitely call them in the future again for any plumbing related issues.

Ean and Marc were awesome. Showed up on time and did a great job. Hired them to do a main sewer video inspection but they went above and beyond to help inspect some of the plumbing on a house we are trying to close. They had the best price out of 5 other plumbing services that I requested at quote on.

I called and spoke to Marc in the morning. He listened to my plumbing issues, gave me a possible recommendation and gave me a base price up front. By noon Marc and Ean were at my house. I was blown away at how accommodating they were at such a short notice and very appreciative of their understanding that I was coming from work. After performing the recommended service and reviewing the pipes with the camera, unfortunately it looks like a septic problem. I was very happy with their persistence, honesty and pinpointing the septic access that had since been covered with grass.

We've had to use Marc and Ean three different times over the last few months and each time they were easy to reach, they make an appointment with you right away (instead of the usual ""let me check my schedule and never get back to you""), they actually accommodate YOU and give a small window of when they will arrive. Then they arrive on time, get straight to it and fix your problem. On top of that, their rates are affordable and they definitely show their loyalty to their loyal customers. They are a great team and really work with each other to diagnose the problem. Lastly, the first time I ever called them was for a simple clogged sink, but when I mentioned to Ean a weird smell and bugs coming from another bathroom, he generously offered to crawl under the house and discovered a massive leak for us. Eternally grateful for that!

I had lost faith in plumbers after working nearly an year with Helping hand brothers Plumbing Company who tried to trick me into doing a massive repair to my bathroom pipes which was not necessary. Then I found this amazing plumbers on Yelp ""MAKE IT DRAIN "" they are professionals who know what they are doing. I was so pleased with their workmanship that I have told my friends, family and now I want to tell everyone. They explain everything in detail, the issue and how to correct it. Their work is professional neat and nice. Left no mess and cleaned up the area they were working. Response quickly. And is very flexible. They are not cheap but affordable and reasonable.
